Take the positive side: oof a new webkinz – AND now it gets more amazing daily! oof a weird pet – GUESS WHAT: Ganz sets the standard! you will adore them when they stop making them because of your attitudes…is anyone ever thankful or grateful or happy for a safe place to hang with your friends? would you rather not have something new and creative? choose happy!

A little too $$ for me and I like the normal plush we’re used to alot better.

if i wanted a beannie baby lookin’ plushy id just buy a real beannie baby. Ganz, im disappointed in you, you can do better than this

I feel like I’ve seen these plushies before under a different brand

Have you thought about selling, after the plush have been released for some time, the virtual pets separately? So you could buy the virtual pet for Webkinz Classic, the new Webkinz or both, for $10-$15 a piece. I’m interested in the Webkinz Classic virtual pet for that price but definitely not the plush, so that might be a good idea.

Hey guys I completely understand your frustration with the design, but lets not forget these are only two of the new plushies. Also, they may change with future plush pets, its all trial and error for them. And lets not forget how they at Ganz have taken a huge risk at doing this! I am excited to buy mine, it will be a gift to myself!

I’m glad Ganz is releasing new plush. I hope they can price them more reasonably as they catch on, this is too much. This style is not appealing to me, unfortunately I was a Signature collector & like the realistic looking pets. It will be interesting to see what the line includes as it grows though, I am keeping an open mind.

Oh hey! I didn’t know they were going to make these with two codes! One for Webkinz Classic too? That’s awesome! But I’m kind of with everyone else actually, I kind of don’t think I’ll be getting any of these, they’ve got those big eyes. I’ll stick with shopping Ebay for more original classic Webkinz stuffies. :) Guess I’m a purist at heart lol.

I am so sad:( My heart was broken when Ganz retired the plushies. I knew they’d be back but… now I wish they weren’t- sorry! I don’t get how Ganz wouldn’t even ask for our opinions on this, because they sometimes do when it comes to other big decisions (i.e bringing back the lil kinz). I don’t want to be rude and insult the work of the people who worked hard to design this, I just wish it wasn’t for webkinz. Other than the inherent creepiness of the unicorn, I don’t see why these have to go- just please listen to our concerns and bring back the original plushies too.

No, thank you. I agree it is nice the codes work with both Webkinz Classic and Webkinz, but the pets aren’t too cute and $30.00 is too much even if it does include the shipping. In my opinion, the original pets were much cuter.
