During Fall Fest, from September 22 to 30, you can collect items to let you create your very own Apple Orchard in your Webkinz home. And we want to see the Orchards you plant in the Share Center!
You could win one of five Caramel Apple Drink Stations.
But this contest comes with a twist! Because Farmers are always on the go, this Share Center contest can only be entered with a screenshot from a mobile device! Webkinz on Mobile is a great way to show off your room. We have a new feature lets you take a screen shot of your Webkinz room without displaying any of the dock or game controls.
If you haven’t downloaded Webkinz on Mobile or tried out our room screenshot feature, now is the perfect time!
Between September 22 and 30, simply take a screen shot of your Apple Orchard with your Mobile Device and post to the Share Center to be entered in a random draw for one of five Caramel Apple Drink Stations. Check out this video for inspiration and instructions on how to post to the Share Center.
How to enter:
- Design an Apple Orchard on webkinz.com. It can be an indoor or outdoor room.
- Take a screenshot of your Apple Orchard on your Mobile Device.
- Share it on the Share Center in the Apple Orchard Gallery by September 30.
- Check back on October 4th to see if you won!

I had the perfect Apple Orchard Design too bad I could not enter it. Why is nothing appearing when I click on the BROWSE button to find my image to upload that is in my Gallery on my Samsung Galaxy 4 Tab. When I tried it on my computer and clicked the BROWSE button it took me right to USER-> Downloads where all of my images are. I am fairly new to using a tablet and not really familiar with how to do everything. Any suggestions from anyone on how I need to set it up would be greatly appreciated, so that I am able to see the items when I click on BROWSE. I don’t want to miss out on contest in the future. I’m sorry I can’t be of any help with the technology, but I can tell you that if you send an image of your room to Michael @ letsbuild@ganz.com he may choose to show it in a video and you could be eligible to win an room design award.
Mandy, Sally someone please HELP! I am trying to enter the Apple Orchard contest no luck I received an email back doesn’t meet guidelines no image. Why is this so difficult I have followed the steps in the share center video. I clicked on the SUBMIT IMAGE BUTTON, I then chose the Gallery Apple Orchard I have my image in my gallery that I want to upload but when I click the BROWSE button nothing is in there how do I get to my gallery to upload the image in the pop-up window?
It’s possible that the image is too large to be uploaded. Try resizing it so it is no more than 1000 pixels wide.
thanks for the suggestion Sally I am not sure how big the image was on my tablet. I thought it would be the perfect size and it was not necessary to make adjustments to the size if you are using the button in Webkinz World on a mobile device. On the email that I received it said my picture was not entered because it doesn’t meet guideline “No Image” it was not mentioned the the image was too large to be uploaded. It was suggested that I keep trying to submit. If something would have appeared when I clicked on the Browse button my image would have been entered.

I had the same problem with my tablet & couldn’t enter my orchard either. The more technology they want us to use, the harder it gets. My entire account is messed up now!
Hi Mandy, Can you please help me Ive never shared from my android before and I would really like to do so…. Can you please help me understand how to share my Apple orchard room from my mobile. It is saved to my mobile but I’ve looked through the entire device and I can not seem to figure it out there is no option to name the file or to e-mail. I have logged on to my newz account and it says i have not submitted or uploaded anything. Thank you

Hi Mandy! I have entered this Contest. I put in my entry 2 or 3 days ago. It is not appearing in the Gallery Share Center. Why? My friend entered yesterday and her showed up. Can you help me? I got an E Mail saying something about wrong entry. Can you do anything about this? Thanks so much!
HI Mandy, thank you for such a fun opportunity! I have created a room and when I press the camera icon in the upper left corner of the screen to take a photo I am getting the message: Unable to Save. I have read and reread the how tos and cannot figure what I am doing wrong. Sending out an SOS; please and thank you! 50ish
In order for the screenshot to save, Webkinz needs access to your photos. Check your settings of your phone or tablet and see if you have given them access. Hope that helps!
Than you so much for a helpful reply 2zaney2. When I first downloaded the app to my cell, I did allow Webkinz to my photos. I did double check just now, and yes, it is still allowed. I’m headed to the Apple store tomorrow – maybe they can answer/figure something out. I do so appreciate you taking the time to address my question, thank you so much! 50ish

My problem is I can only see half of the item, and I was going to use it for my room. :/ Please tell me what’s going on.
Hi kittymade10! Hmm… the item seems to be working on our end. You could try clearing your cache. Sometimes that helps after we’ve done an update. Just to be clear – the one we feature above is three stands side by side so a single stand is just one square wide. Hope that helps you!

Hi kittymade10! Unfortunately we can’t accept Share Center entries via email. They need to be submitted through the Share Center.
