So, I go to pick up my Deluxe Day prize and what do I find out? That we are getting cool wallpaper too! I love surprises like that!!!!
Has anyone else had problems with their Deluxe account since free deluxe days? My membership is good through December 2020, but stopped working when free Deluxe days began. I have written to Ganz customer service 3 times with no response :(
Love this little Springy Launcher! It goes well with my Star Trek/Space Theme Rooms. I love to have a couple more. Wish they would have something this cute in the WShop for KinzCash, so everyone could get one! Super cute! :-)

I thought this prize was a very witty gift. It’s so cute to watch my Webkinz glide in the ship. It reminds me of an amusement park ride.
I’d like to report a glitch with the Sweet 16 Window. The price tag says 300 kinzcash, but it’s been charging me 3000 kinzcash for each window. Coupons reduce the price, but from 3000, not 300. Could you please fix this? Your artists designed a really nice window, and I am hoping to use it in future rooms. :)

So many mixed emotions today! We get the wonderful rocket prize but the Bake Sale is over! I hope that they do the first bake sale again soon. I need another Cafeteria Tray.

Can somebody please tell me what this does? Is it a trampoline? A chair? Does it move?
It comes off the base with your pet inside and bounces into the air and back down. So springs up and down while pet is inside
