Baby Showcase #114

Happy Thursday! It’s the last baby showcase for the year — can’t believe how quickly 2023 has gone by.

First up is this adorable clown puppy! The coordinating color for this body color is green, which makes the festive wreath chest the perfect shade of green! The holiday rainbow tail adds a pop of color, as well, and I love the look of those green tiger stripes on the back. The pretty purple ears and the pink tulip pet patch come from a Holland Lop Bunny, which adds a touch of spring fun to this very Christmassy pet!

Next is this understated but adorable Grey Tabby. The grey eyes from the Pixie Tiger coordinate beautifully, and I love the look of the Pixie Tiger stripes on the back. It has a cute little bit of rainbow flair on the tail and the pretty pink and yellow hear pet patch for a nice pop of color.

I absolutely love the Rainbow Retriever ears on every pet! I may keep the next one I spark since I’ve run out of sparks from my first Rainbow Retriever. This cute bunny has the sweet hearts on the back and some subtle patterns on the head and legs. Other than the ears, I love those beautiful pink and purple eyes!

Who wouldn’t love this hybrid of Halloween and Christmas? I love the bold holiday flair on the legs combined with the pumpkin pet patch. I have one this base color, and I love how it’s subtly lighter than a regular black body. The teal on the wings is picked up on the chest patch, and the ears and eyes coordinately nicely in purple.

This fantastical Orange Tabby has cute feathers and a pixie house pet patch from a Pixie Tiger and a cute little red candy cane tail. The purple eyes are really dreamy on this pet with those feathers, which adds a touch of whimsy to the otherwise standard colored front.

Oh, I love this combination of the Violet Velvet Elephant with a Gingerbread Puppy! This cutie has the snowflake back pattern and yellow gum drop from the Gingerbread Puppy, which stands out beautifully on the purple green body color on the back. The front is a lovely mixture of purples and blues — that’s one fancy glittery holiday pet!

Last but not least from today’s babies is this perfect Christmas pony. Alas, I did not spark a perfect Christmas pony so I am very envious of Mystic Oceancloud. This baby has almost all of the standard Tulip Pony features, but with the addition of the holiday flair on the ears and the wreath pet patch. Adorable!

Now I promised to share what pet I did end up sparking, and I got this cute little Gingerbread Puppy! It has the cute toy back pattern, which I love, though I do wish I had gotten one of the more interesting colors. I still love little Natalie (thanks for the name suggestion!) and perhaps Natalie will help spark a clown puppy for me one day!

That’s it for today! I’ll be joined by Mandy and Dorothy Lou on Monday, January 1 for our spark party at 11am. Join us at the Adoption Center and you might appear in our video! I’m not sure who I’ll be sparking yet or even what I’m hoping for — other than the Violet Velvet Elephant. If you have any New Year’s baby names you’d like to suggest, leave them in the comments below!

Sally, I am thrilled for you and precious little Natalie! I hope that you will have the best luck and lots of fun at your New Year’s Day spark party. When I think of the start of the year, I think of names that mean hope or new. Some ‘new’ names are: Naya, Xavier, and Neo. Some ‘hope’ names are: Nadine/Nadia, Takiko, Esperanza, and… Hope! As I am hoping that 2024 brings ‘peace’, there are those names as well – Pax, Serenity, Noah, Kenji, Irina, and Jeff. I look forward to seeing the spark party video. May the sparks be ever in your favor!

Here’s a name, Sally: Lazarus, the man who was raised from the dead. I chose this because I was thinking of Rebirth. Happy New Year!!

These pets are all beautiful. Love your Gingerbread Puppy Sally. I was hoping to get the Clown Puppy when I sparked my Gingerbread Puppy with the Violet Velvet Elephant very happy with the outcome. I love my NEW Super Rare elephant with the name Eva so happy to add to my family.
