Baby Showcase #116

Happy Thursday! January is well underway and while I didn’t end up getting a Violet Velvet Elephant during the spark party on Jan 1, I’m still optimistic. We’ll have that video at the end — Mandy and I had some difficulty right in the beginning, so it’s kind of split into two parts — Mandy and Dorothy Lou in part 1, and Mandy and myself in part 2.
 
 

First up is this very pandariffic looking Cocker Spaniel! This particular pattern isn’t inherited from a Panda, though I’m sure there would be some adorable combinations. This baby inherited the cotton candy pet patch and silver ears from a Pinkalicious Lion, and that big bold pattern on the back is so striking! The muted color scheme is punctuated by the bit of rainbow tail flair.
 
 

I can’t resist a green pet. I already have a green cat, but not one based on the Grey Tabby Cat, so I might have to start trying for one of these. I just love the simplicity of this pet — just basic striped green, a cute little pink heart pet patch, that super fun chest pattern, and lovely amber eyes.
 
 

I definitely love the combination of the Moon Bear traits on other pets, especially something as magical as a Pixie Tiger! This one has lovely Moon Bear starry patterns and a cute chest patch instead of the standard Pixie Tiger stripes. I love the bold purple feathers, especially with those rainbow flairs on the shoulders. Who doesn’t love that lemon and lime ear pattern?!
 
 

I just thought this Disco Rhino was so sweet with its pink tulip pet patch and dipped green feet! There’s a subtle back pattern courtesy of a Holland Lop Bunny, and the blue and yellow disco ears coordinate beautifully. I love the little hint of disco groove on the chest, as well. What a sweet pet!
 
 

Ghost Darkshadow ended up with this beautiful, ethereal baby cow! I just love the tie dye body color and that kaleidoscope back pattern — it’s mesmerizing! The rainbow eyes are a lovely touch and there’s hints of more color in the denim ears and green feet. Beautiful baby!
 
 

This sweet combination of Halloween and spring combines a jack o lantern pet patch with my favorite blue lime bunny body color. This baby has a lovely diamond tiara head pattern that I haven’t seen before and the pink inner ears are adorable!
 
 

Of course I can’t resist an adorable jackalope! This one has some subtle tiger stripes on the back, lovely rainbow flair on the legs, and a cute spring daisy pet patch. This baby has a slightly different eye patch pattern, which is really fun, too.
 
 

WOW, I don’t think I’ve seen the static head and back pattern before — it looks really cool with this night tiger body color. This baby got a jack o lantern pet patch and those super cool bat webbing leg texture from a Vampire Kitten, and those eyes and ears coordinate so well! Very pretty pet.
 
 

Next up is this pretty piggie! I love the shimmer tiger stripes and coordinating ears and feet. There’s quite a few musical features on this baby, too, and a nice bit of rainbow flair on the legs to add a pop of color!
 
 

Last but not least is this candy colored lion! The cotton candy body color goes perfectly with the yellow gumdrop pet patch inherited from a gingerbread puppy. While this baby doesn’t have a ton of features, the blue ears are a nice little touch and I love those flames on the legs!
