Happy Thursday!
It was one epic Webkinz Day yesterday! While the Spark Party had a few technical difficulties, it did get up and running. Unfortunately myself, Mandy and Dorothy Lou never ended up in the main party, so our video will mostly be our own pets being sparked.

First up this week is this bright and beautiful Koala! It has some adorable pink bat ears from a Vampire Bat, which matches the pink rose eyes perfectly. It has some sparkly black feet that match its nose and just a hint of rainbow on the legs.

Next up is this sweet Hippo. While it has the default body color, it has pink eyes instead of the usual dark and adorable sparkly toes!

We have another common pet, but I really do think the black River Otter is so striking! It inherited some grey eyes from a Corgi and has some adorable splash flairs on its arms.

Now this Rocky Mountain Horse is something else! It received blue eyes and a whole bunch of spots and dots from the Spotted Pig. The back pattern makes this horse look like it has rolled around in the mud a bit, but who could resist the matching blue ears and those sparkly feet?

Check out this adorable blue Cocker Spaniel! It has the crosshatch chest and pink and yellow ears from the new Fox and a delicious chocolate cupcake pet patch. Simple and sweet!

Now this Corgi has bold leopard print on its back and a cute mint tiara pet patch. It also has the bold crosshatch chest from the Fox. Those cute pink sparkle paws go perfectly with those purple eyes!

Last but not least, we have a winged Timber Wolf! This cutie got the slick dragon wings and red dragon horns, which is a great color choice for this pet, especially with the ears! What a wonderful hybrid pet!
That’s it for this week. Did you spark on Webkinz Day? Tell us about your babies in the comments below!

very disappointed in the spark party. No excitement. I waisted my diamonds
I manage to log in to NEXT at 3.30pm EST on Webkinz Day and go into the Adoption Centre when the party was supposed to start after the initial problems, but there was no party going on and only a few other pets in there. I didn’t receive the gift and have no idea what happened or why I could get in without the party apparently being on.
Yeah it was glitching a lot. The party did start back up again at 3:30 webkinz time. I logged out and back and went to the adoption center after it turned 3:30pm webkinz time. Sometimes when you are in the room like few minutes before and then it turns the right time you have to log out and back. The party restarted at 3:30 pm webkinz time and went till 5:30 pm webkinz time. I went there and sparked a few times
I think we need a redo. The “technical difficulties” were more that a few. Not being able to log in to Next, not being able to find the button to join the party ever once I did get logged in, and a lot of wasted time and frustration. The free gift was not very inspired so I’m not to sad to have missed that but I don’t think I am alone in being disappointed in this spark party. The Birthday gifts were nice. The super wheel had too many repeats for long time player. More spark drinks and capsules would be much more appreciated I think. There’s always room for improvement.I will still keep playing! thanks for the ability to air our thoughts.
I was able to get into the second spark party and I sparked an adorable Corgi with a cute white chest and blue eyes. I was able to see a few other sparks but there didn’t seem to be a lot of players there.
That koala is stunning!
I did not have time to spark on Webkinz Day, but I did a bunch of adoptions. I wasn’t free for the spark party, sadly, but I look forward to seeing the staffer video, because you ladies are always a hoot! There’s another fabulous batch of babies this week. Congrats new Next parents! Just to clarify, the cutie koala inherited bat ears from the vampire kitten, right? I too really like the black river otter. I will have to check his trait list, because I like the harlequin looking chest pattern, and I want to see where that comes from. I love the newer pets’ eyes because I am finding them so expressive (good job design team!) Case in point – the corgi’s eyes seem to show surprise as if to say, “Me?!? You choose me?!?” The timber wolf’s eyes usually have a certain intensity, and the german shepherd has such soulful eyes, they melt my heart! I don’t know if you are doing anything differently, but whatever it is, please keep it up!
Yes, those ears are from the Vampire Cat! I think they look fab
