This is off topic I have not been able to find a Ladybug anywhere in Kinzville. I have been looking for quite awhile with no luck. This is needed for Week 3 of the Season Pass.
A lot of us are having trouble finding it. I stay in one place for at least 5 minutes while my friends run around, but none of us find it. If there’s a trick, someone PLEASE share so we can pass it along!
This seems to be fixed, as soon as I went to Kinzville in the afternoon the ladybug was appearing immediately.
Need to correct myself not able to find the ladybug again this morning along with other players. Does the ladybug only appear certain time during the day?
I went into the beauty salon, came back out, and the ladybug was right there. Hope it works for others!

Quick question: When I went to put my berries that I won tonight from the Jumbleberry game into the preserves I was given an error message saying the the item didn’t belong to me. I’ve never seen it before even though I’ve been playing for over 10 years now. Does anyone know what went wrong?
I had this type of problem once: the gift box for the Tawny Puppy appeared on my dock for no apparent reason, and when I dragged it into my room, it said the item didn’t belong to me. Some years later I adopted a Tawny Puppy, and now had 2 gift boxes, and got the same error message. I contacted Customer Support, and they put the Tawny Puppy Item and Food into my dock, and removed both gift boxes. I think you should send Customer Support an email to ask them to fix the glitch.
