The account I bought the 1-year Deluxe membership for didn’t receive the zum teacup ride, or the zum teacup dispenser. I already contacted Ganz support about that.
The dispenser is a separate code. Have you looked for your Super Deluxe item at the end of your dock? It should be in the “Z’s.”
Anyone else not get their points. I didn’t get my points or the ride on the two accounts I put the deluxe membership on

Purchase it as a “gift” and you can use it later when your membership expires!! :D I bought mine as a code and it gave me a code for the year long membership, as well as a separate one for the promo pet! I believe you just have to check the “gift” box option when purchasing! Hope this helps

I did purchase it yesterday, but it took 2 tries. I did it as a renewal first and it was denied, so I immediately tried to change it to gift codes. That was denied also, probably because the change I made was still connected to my original renewal. I really didn’t want to totally give up on a chance to get my Deluxe Membership for 50% off, so I tried a second time last night and went directly to gift codes as my method of purchase. I will wait until the day of my renewal before redeeming the codes. Oh, by the way steelers86fan, I too am a fan of the Steelers and have been since the days of the “Steel Curtain”. From my first Freshman game in the high school marching band I determined that I would learn the game so I’d know what was going on. Watching the Steelers play turned out to be the one way I could bond and share time with my dad. They did manage to turn things around in last night’ game. Go team!
