Kittycaty, Pokemon is one of the biggest companies and welll-known video games WORLD WIDE. In the first few months, Pokemon Diamond (at release) sold over a MILLION copies.
Plus, the company is paying GANZ to advertise an article about the games cause they come out today).
Two things:
One: Adults in Japan spend their entire time designing these games, and I am sure they do not appreciate people saying that.
Two: Adults and kids EVERYWHERE get to interact with each other, all over the word and play with virtual pets (very similar to Webkinz).
Three: Pokemon has been going on longer than webkinz. PKMN started in 1995.

elizabeth i agree with you gust becouse pepole don’t like pokemon you sholdn’t say thing like pokemon are lame. i used to think pokemon was wierd and lame to but that was becouse i never gave it a chance,and when i played my frinds game i got adicted! so those that think its lame you should gust give the game a chance, wach your friend play, or ask if you can play, and if you are an animal lover you will love pokemon becouse that’s all pokemon are animals. if you look at pictures of pokemon you will see what i mean, they are all based of some kind of animal some dogs tike eevee, and horces like ponyta.
I have 6 pokemon DS games. I also have an arceus. Oshawott IS SO CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM GOING TO PICK Oshawott AS MY STARTER POKEMON ON POKEMON BLACK!!! MEOW IS A CAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I luv Pikachu, but if ya dislike Pokemon ’cause they are not cute, Pikachu and Eevee are adorable!
