Is anyone else having an issue with these prize items going missing? My daughter had four pairs of the pink shoes and collected another two today. She logged out then later today logged back in and all six pairs of the shoes are gone. As far as we can tell, those are the only things missing from from her dock. They were her favorite and she’s very upset they’re missing.

Is anyone having an issue with the prizes showing up in dock? I get them and they show in dock when I go to sell an item but they are not there when any other time. :( My Daughter is so upset. Please help!
I keep clicking on things and it says I got a prize but so far everything that had been coming up has been blank! On two of my other accounts I have gotten one prize each but most the time they are blank too :(
