I am in the US. I saw the video challenge on the side of the screen as an ad and completed it. After spending all morning on Webkinz (my account and each of my three kids accounts: 4 accounts total), I never saw a single band-aid or Lambie. I tried on all three browsers to no avail.
Do you a) have 3rd party advertising turned off in your options or b) have road tiles on your Map? You need road tiles for the Lamb to walk on.

Ganz! Help! Lambie is showing up on both my kids accounts on their map, but my map is only loading my webkinz pets. I don’t have Lambie. :(

I understand how to get the prizes except for the video challenge, where exactly is the video challenge found???? I don’t see it on webkinznewz???

Help! Where do we watch this video, to play the challenge? My map cinema is playing a show about the wish factory. Also, the lamb is not showing up on the maps of two of my accounts. I’m pretty sure I removed the block of third party ads, but could it be related?
Are you located in the US? If so, try clearing your cache a few times and then use Chrome.
I am in the US, and I clear my cache every time I change sites, or change WW accounts. I went to parents area and removed ad blocks, and I do get Lambie on my map, but no ads whatsoever and no video for this show. My cinema on my map is still about the wish factory. I know where the video is supposed to come in, but I only have blank green boxes.
That’s really strange. I would advise using Chrome unless you’re already using it, in which case please email Customer Support at webkinzsupport@ganz.com and they can help you out with this issue. Please allow them a few days to respond. Thanks!
I found the video challenge, but not getting any floating bandages in over an hour of being logged on. Not sure what is the delay. I live in the US, and thought all of this started today. Also, not finding Lambie on the map either.
10:54AM and CHROME 2 FLOATYS AND FIRE FOX SLOW 1 . THIS is going to be so SLOW. pRIZES AREN’T IN CLOTHING SETS . I only got shoes. Only video was in the CINEMA but ITS WELL WORTH WATCHING ;)
