Visit the renamed, redecorated Doug the Dog Collector Room in the Clubhouse to see Doug’s prizes on display. If you run into Doug, he’ll happily trade prizes with you for gems—just be sure to keep checking back, because he’s only there for an hour each day!

After looking a long time over weeks, I finally found Doug in the Clubhouse, and he traded my gem for a rocky road ice cream- pretty disappointing I dare say.
Every time you visit with the same pet and your pet spots Doug you get a better prize. Good luck.

OHHHH! I didn’t know it had to be with the same PET! I’ve traded him twice on the same account and got 2 ice cream cones! Now, THAT was disappointing. Thank you, dudeman, for your advice! (I can’t remember which 2 pets I’ve traded with though. LOL.) >{^;^}<
Thank you for the tip. Do you know if there’s a best time to find him in that room? I found him once, but even though I check every day, I haven’t found him in his room again.
I haven’t figured out any special tricks except to check several times a day. However they say he is in the room for an hour a day so I don’t check in more than once per hour. Good Luck.
I don’t know how to get to the park can someone please help me?
Click on Things to Do and choose Clubhouse. Go to Regular Kinz chat and choose the room with Doug’s face on it. He may not be there when you visit though.
On the app or in laptop? In the app you can’t get to the park yet but hopefully someday we can. On computer you click things to do and click the little leaf symbol. Or you can go to your webkinz map and click on the park. Good luck!!

I have been trying 5 or 6 hours each day to find Doug and he is NEVER there! It’s extremely frustrating. Does anyone have any tips for me??

How do o actually play the old webkinz do I have to do it on the computer or what bc it is different and I can’t interact with people or have other rooms or go to clubs and stuff and play old games like I used to. Rn I am using the app bc I can’t figure out the website. Please help
I hope you see this because your post is kind of old, but if you download Google Chrome as your browser it will be a lot easier to play Webkinz on the computer.

you cant do that much on the app because its not connected to the internet most apps arent
