Visit the renamed, redecorated Doug the Dog Collector Room in the Clubhouse to see Doug’s prizes on display. If you run into Doug, he’ll happily trade prizes with you for gems—just be sure to keep checking back, because he’s only there for an hour each day!

I finally found him for the first time today!! Thanks for letting me know that he is only there for one hour a day. I just check back every hour if I can until I found him. Nice room too!!
I need the gem walls and floor for my gem pet room!! I wish he would be on more than an hour a day.

It’s random, like Arte and PJ’s rare items, and Mr. Moo in the park. But I don’t think I’ve ever seen them appear during the same hour. . .
