The Color Storm Trophy Challenge is back, and players who manage to complete all 3 tasks by April 14th (midnight, EST) will win the trophy AND a new Rainbow Umbrella Hat!
Here’s how to play. Look for the Color Storm Trophy Challenge icon on your Webkinz account. It will be displayed along the left side of the screen (web only):
Click on the icon to review your tasks. There are 3 tasks you’ll need to complete:
- Earn 350 KinzCash Playing Color Storm in the Games Arcade
- Spin the Wheel of Wow 3 times
- Feed your pet 10 Bottles of Water from the W-Shop
Complete all 3 tasks by midnight, April 14th (EST) to win this awesome (and animated!!!) trophy as well as a special bonus prize: A Rainbow Umbrella Hat that your pet can wear:

I enjoyed the Color Storm trophy challenge the first time, and I’m looking forward to completing it again–I love the hat! One of my favorite games, so it’s pretty awesome. Just one more spin on the Wheel of Wow and I’ll be done!

I am almost there already. I might use my free spins and get it tonight. The Deluxe Challenge is not as lucky. UGH I am TERRIBLE at the Crystal Seas game, AWFUL. I think it will take me all month to do it. I only get 11 Kinzcash at most each game. They should call it a Punishment instead of Challenge. If I didn’t want the bed so bad, I would skip it this time. I miss it when my little brother would play the challenges for me but he won’t do it no more :(

FYI-undrelated to this column, I am having p/w getting the Newz. I so miss it. I thought I just commented and it was fixed but I guess I was lucky. Pages are not loading and just hanging, all I see is the blue line. I have tried on my Mac Safari and Chrome. I really want to work on my Ganz Rewards score too.
I have had the same problem today too! Its so annoying!

I get that, too. I thought it was just my computer (it’s pretty old)…I’ve been reloading the pages and it does work, eventually (I’ve been using Firefox). It’s a bit frustrating, though.

This is off topic but I don’t know where else to post it….can you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix all the issues with webkinznewz? I am not able to do anything on here because the links that I click on are just blank or won’t load no matter what I do (clearing cache, using different browser, rebooting, etc.) I love doing the peek-a-newz challenge but can’t do that either. Please help!
You have to update Flash. I just read it on google and reinstalled Flash and knock on wood it is working

I have been hitting the refresh button (arrow on screen or F5 button on keyboard) each time I get a blank screen and it reloads the right page the second time. It is annoying, but I am able to complete the Peek a Newz and Treasure Hunt each day. Hope this helps…
I am having the same problem. Ever since it went down it has been blank screens and no page found, I could only load through playing on menu!
I don’t want to do this trophy challenge again but I want the hat, I don’t know what to do, I will probably not do it though.
Hello I have a question. I completed the Color Storm trophy challenge when it ran before. But since it’s on again and the challenge shows up for me am I allowed to do the challenge again since I did it during the previous time it was available? Steve, Betty Butter, Mandy, and Michael could one of you please answer my question.
