Is the moonberry marmalade machine supposed to do anything? It’s very large and takes up a lot of space for something that just sits there and isn’t interactive.

Are we supposed to put berries in the marmalade machine? When I put a Moonberry in, the marmalade machine didn’t do anything and I ended up feeding my pet the Moonberry instead.

Jam Maker’s Pantry code still won’t work for me. :( I’ve tried several times, being very careful to enter it correctly, yet it keeps saying it isn’t a real code. What should I do?
Ganz, this is my third day of trying unsuccessfully to unlock the Jam Maker’s Pantry. I have entered the code correctly several times, yet it always says that code doesn’t exist. I will be very disappointed if the code never works for me. :’( Is there anything I can do that will make the code actually work like it should? Or is there a known issue with that code?
Most issues usually come from confusing the 5s with Ss — if that’s not the case here, please send a message to webkinzsupport@ganz.com

where do I go to enter the Community Challenge codes? And did Webkinz ever reactivate the last codes, which they said they’d reactivate sometime in June?
You need to go to the Code Shop in the Things To Do menu. The old codes were reactivated from June 9 – 16, so they are no longer active now.
