Wow! We had over 750 entries in our Companion Pet design contest! We invited you to design pets who would make as good a companion to an existing pet as the new Tiger Lily Kitten is to the fan-designed Tiger Lily Pup!
We had a hard time narrowing down the list but after much discussion we are pleased to announce the following 10 finalists.
While the Creative Team will have the final decision on which of these finalists will go on to be made into a virtual Webkinz pet that will be available at Ganz eStore later this year, we need your input to help us decide!

Oh man! I really love the northern trails caracal and white cosmic wolf. I also really like the ice raccoon, air fawn, and monarch butterfly.
I can’t really decide, but as the caterpillar was one of my first ever webkinz I really like the Monarch Butterfly! I also like the air fawn too.
The White Cosmic Wolf or Carousel Giraffe ! Great job everyone !

I LOVE all of the designs. If I had to pick a favorite I would choose the Sleepytime Goat. I would love it there were more Northern Trails pets. A carousal pet line would be cool. I’ve always wanted a pekinese webkinz. I would love some more butterflies that were real. Pittiesrule

I’m so glad I’m not the one who had to choose the finalists. SO many awesome pets in there! That cosmic wolf! That one is nice enough to be a Deluxe pet! We NEED more giraffes, I was kind of hoping more for the coralmcolored one, but this one is just as sweet.Gucci’s monarch stayed at the top of the pets for a long long time. A real testament to quality. Emilycuteheart ANY of your designs would’ve fit as a top pet. You put a lot of thought into your work. Twinners, your calf is all kinds of adorable and so is the Daisy Cow by gbjockey. That daisy print showed up in a lot of the pet companions. Socalbgirllb, I’d rather count your goats than any other sheep. Purple is my favourite color. Forestspeote, your Air Fawn is perfect to complete a collection of eStore fawns (and another one I’d love to see Magic Panda create the plush for) the Ice Raccoon … I’ll be naming mine Elsa if it wins. Strawberryred, your Caracal is definitely a nice addition to the Northern trails line, it would complete that theme so nicely. Congratulations all who were chosen. I can’t wait to meet the new pet!!
