Please help I have not been able to use the Santakinz room since it started everytime I go in it freezes up. Now when Itried goingin to see Miss Birdy for the Christmas gifts. I really don’t want tomiss out but it just isn’t working and she isn’t there. My daughter is also experiencing the same problem when she tries.
Hi FuzzyPickles, When things like that happen to me, I try clearing my cache. That usually works. But if I have continued problems, I e-mail webkinzsupport@ganz.com and they’ve always fixed any issues I’ve had. I hope these suggestions help you and your daughter. (Another thought: Chrome is the browser I use. And that works the best for me. But other players seem to find more success using different browsers. So that’s a worth a try too) Good luck!

Yes; my pet had the best time visiting Ms. Birdy, seeing all the other adorable pets dressed in their holiday outfits (so cute!), and leaving with his candle. What a fun way to start the day! Thank you, Ganz, for making the WW holiday season so enjoyable. All of these Christmas events have been so much fun!
