When you log in to your Webkinz Classic account from January 19 – February 28, the Gingerbread Webkinz Sign will be automatically added to your Dock. Happy Holidays!
From December 14 – 21, visit Ms. Birdy in the SantaKinz Clubhouse room on Webkinz Classic, and click on her to get a special gift each day!
Use the THINGS TO DO menu to access the Clubhouse, then click on the SantaKinz room tag to visit Ms. Birdy.

While you’re visiting Ms. Birdy, don’t forget to tell SantaKinz what you would like for Christmas! You have until midnight, December 24 (EST), to choose your gift! When you log in to your Webkinz Classic account on Christmas Day, you’ll get your gift, then don’t forget to pick up your final prize from Ms. Birdy at the Clubhouse!

i had a bad day yesterday due to not being able to get in. i cleaned out files, uninstall and reinstalled so many times. and just like that the maintenance was off and i got in. thank you for all your help
I missed the first prize and today when I click miss birdie nothing happens :( when I click the christmas thing no new prizes show up it just tells me to buy them with estore points

Concern: I’m unable to collect the first Countdown to Christmas gift on all of my accounts. Ms. Birdy nor the countdown collection red interface appear in the SantaKinz Clubhouse room no matter how many times I log on and try again. I’m confused about the update in this blog post with regards to missing the first gift “due to the maintenance schedule” — I have friends on the game who have collected the gift today and have no problems with Ms. Birdy’s and the interface’s absense in the Clubhouse room. How can I collect the first gift of Christmas today, December 14th? I don’t want to miss out on the gift that others are receiving.

Have you tried quitting the application and relaunching? If you leave the application open during maintenance, it may not update correctly.

I am able to get the wreath of prizes to come up but I have not been able to get open any of the first three. The entire set of prizes says “missed”.

Totally unrelated. I noticed when purchasing epoints if you are buying one of the packages (e.g. Tuxedo Cat) on the left where it shows what is in the package it has some items with a x2 or x3. Yet when you go to buy the package each item is only listed as getting one. Why?
It’s just a limitation of the website. You will receive the stated number of items on the full listing.
