Use the THINGS TO DO menu to access the Clubhouse, then click on the SantaKinz room tag to visit Ms. Birdy.
There are twelve gifts to collect. Here’s a look at this year’s Countdown to Christmas schedule:
If you miss a day, you can always use your eStore Points to purchase a gift by midnight, December 25th. Click on the Countdown to Christmas icon in the SantaKinz room to purchase a gift.
While you’re visiting Ms. Birdy, don’t forget to tell SantaKinz what you would like for Christmas! You have until midnight, December 24th (EST), to choose your gift! When you log in to your Webkinz Classic account on Christmas Day, you’ll get your gift, then don’t forget to pick up your final prize from Ms. Birdy at the Clubhouse!

Well I accidently put this comment in the wrong place so I will try again. One of the items I thought was going to be a crazy hat turned out to be a cute light. Now I’m happy.
So glad I can get into the clubhouse again. Ms Birdie has some great gifts this year. However, if i had known she was giving away oven mitts, I would have chosen a different gift from Santa.
I can’t get into the clubhouse to visit Ms Birdie to get my gift, very frustrating.
I see someone else posted too, but I can’t buy the items i missed Sat and Sun – says I don’t have enough estore points and I have more than enough. Please fix ASAP. Thanks.
Same with me – have alot of estore points and says not enough. You didn’t accidently code it to that we need 20,000 points instead of 2000 did you? Hope can get fixed soon. Thanks.

YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BUY WITH YOU ESTORE POINTS. I AM SURE GANZ WILL FIX THE ISSUE AND ALL WILL BE ABLE TO RECEIVE THE GIFTS SO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO USE YOUR ESTORE POINTS
When is Ganz going to fix the issue with purchasing missed items and the error that we don’t have enough points when we clearly do? And the issue that many couldn’t get into the clubhouse the first day? Will the first day be given without points spent because of these issues?
It is Sunday, Day 2 of Count Down to Christmas with Ms. Birdy and I have been trying to get into the Clubhouse to collect the Marshmallow Snowman for a couple hours and the Clubhouse just shows the Magic W but doesn’t complete it’s download, then I get booted out. Has anyone else had this problem? I don’t want to miss out on the prize. LadyBeauty
Just to let everyone know, the Marshmallow Skiing Snowman is a food item, not a decoration.
