Starting TODAY– Sunday, December 14th, until Thursday, December 25th, visit Ms. Birdy in the SantaKinz Clubhouse room on Webkinz Classic, and click on her to get a special gift each day!

Use the THINGS TO DO menu to access the Clubhouse, then click on the SantaKinz room tag to visit Ms. Birdy.
There are twelve gifts to collect. Here’s a look at this year’s Countdown to Christmas schedule:

On December 24th and 25th respectively, Ms. Birdy will be giving out some spectacular North Pole Flooring and North Pole Wallpaper!

If you miss a day, you can always use your eStore Points to purchase a gift by midnight, December 25th. Click on the Countdown to Christmas icon in the SantaKinz room to purchase a gift.

I noticed a glitch with this event – when I logged in on the 25th, I already pre-bought the item for it, since I wasn’t sure if I’d remember to buy a duplicate of it on the day of. So, when I came into the club room that day, it told me that, since I already have the item (which I bought with points), I can’t get the free one, and I had to buy the second with more points. Can that be fixed for next time there’s a count down event?

I’m not impressed – the ONLY thing I’ve done on my 9 accounts is log in and grab the days item. Today, as I did the lantern, I noticed that 3 of my accounts (that are done in a row) all show that I’m missing the plushy mouse. There’s no way on Earth that I logged in and out of 3 accounts in a row without stopping at the clubhouse. I KNOW I got them because I always switch to the new tab to make sure I have whatever items just came in. I’m not using 2,000 e-store points for a less than a 1,000 point item from the e-store, NOR am I going to bother customer service because they don’t even respond. I’ve been waiting for SIX weeks already to deal with a NEXT issue and no one seems to care, but I just wanted someone to get the heads up that there’s an issue and I KNOW it’s not a ME issue.
Christmas is my favorite time of year. Countdown to Christmas has awesome prizes. I hope I don’t miss any. Merry Christmas to all my friends out there. Happy Holidays to those of you that celebrate a different holiday.
Man, there’s no Santakinz room in the browser version of Webkinz. Also, the join room buttons are not working in the Clubhouse in the browser version
I am missing games, Santa and park and some of the games won’t let me pick the prize. I thought it was just me with problems. I wish you luck getting yours fixed.
The browser version is not complete – it’s still early access. You must download the desktop app on a Windows or Apple computer from http://www.webkinz.com for the full game.
I have tried the browser version and the Desktop app and they don’t seem to work.

I have a brand new Mac. The Webkinz technician has been trying but Spree,tiles,jumbleerry fields, no park, no Santa room, and no Clarence room for clothes and not sure about other stuff that I don’t use?

Finally there is a Santa room on my desktop Mac. I was able to pick prize from Santa and get the wrapping paper bin from miss birdy. Some games are still missing like spree that’s how I get medallians for pets, and some others are messed up, but hopefully fixed soon. Also the clothing Clarence is working now. Christmas is my favorite holiday and to have the Christmas room is fixed thank ou ganz.
This sounds like you’re still using the browser version. The browser version was updated with the release and now supports the clubhouse. You’d still need the desktop app, which would be a .dmg that you download directly from http://www.webkinz.com to have the full game.
This year, Hanukkah starts today! Everyone make sure you have your menorahs placed in your rooms, and remember to check them each night to be reminded of the light that dispels the darkness! Happy holidays!

Yay, one of my favorite events! I am so excited about all of these prizes, especially the wallpaper and flooring. I also love the little Christmas song it plays when you claim a prize. My daughter loves it too!
Is anyone else having a problem with Kinzstyle Outlet clearance sale. I still have nothing showing. There is NO CLEARANCE ITEM’S SHOWING. It shows a blank picture where the sale items should be. can you please help me and fix the problem before XMAS. PLEASE. Thank You.

If you tried and tried you may have added too many. Try logging out, then back in, and only hit one button once. When I did it that is what happened!
