Curio Shop Theme Showcase: Egyptian Theme!

Arte’s Curio Shop has some amazing things, including many themes that are only stocked on his shelves! His stock changes every hour, so you’ll have to check back often to see what he has to offer! Items marked with the “Arte’s Favorites” logo are exclusive to the Curio Shop!

The Egyptian theme was one of our first rare room themes in Webkinz World. Unfortunately, it has been retired from the Curio Shop, so they only way to find it is by trading for it in our Clubhouse Trading Room!

However, you can still find the 3 newer items from the Egyptian theme in the Ganz eStore: the Egyptian Room Divider, The Golden Hippo Toybox, and the Kitti of the Nile!

Put all of the pieces of this theme together and you’ll have an ancient room that will make you pharaoh-ly proud!

Deluxe Members also have access to a second set of items updated hourly, so they have TWICE the chance of finding amazing items! Learn more about Deluxe Membership here.

Have YOU been collected any of the items from this ancient retired theme? Let us know in the comments below!

I have all but three of the items. The toybox, the room divider and the obelisk are the ones I don’t have. I also have the window from the wish factory that is not shown but matches.

I love this theme. I have every thing from it except the room divider never saw it untill today.

This is my favorite “Rare/Retired” theme. What is the purpose of showing us this beautiful theme when it is incredibly hard to get? These items seldom show up in the Trading Room, and when they do, I never have anything of worth to trade. And, though I try to keep up with what Arte has in the Curio Shop, it is soooo hard to be at the computer at the very time an Egyptian piece is being offered! PLUS….the KC prices for those items are waaaay too much! Why can’t these Rare Rooms be in the WShop for ALL to buy? And what is the point to “Retiring” VIRTUAL items? Really? How can a VIRTUAL item be RARE and RETIRED??? This makes NO sense! I don’t want to have to spend YEARS trying to collect these Ancient Room Themes! I want them now! PLEASE make these room themes available for purchase and not some drawn out “search, find, and hope you can afford” it theme.

I actually have the ancient pyramid lamp from this set. Only piece I have. For the longest time I couldn’t seem to remember what kind of set it was part of or if it was just a random item that didn’t have a set. XD It’s nice seeing what goes with it. Not one of my favourite sets but there are a few nice pieces I kind of wish I did have.

Dear WW, it’s annoying to get excited about a theme, only to discover that it has been retired. While members are great about trading, requesting all of those items are a BIG BIG BIG ask. What could a new member like me offer as a fair trade in return? Couldn’t you reissue this theme for a limited time?

I have been a collector with this theme for almost 10 years. To this day I have been unable to get the Sacred Scribe Desk, Exquisite Egyptian Obelisk & the Ancient Pyramid Lamp. I check with Arte’s Curio Shop often but it seems the Trading Room is the best way to get these items as mentioned above.

Can you please bring back this theme in the e store so newer players will have a chance to get it? It is a beautiful theme!

I LOVE this theme & have some of the items to it. I just need the Egyptian Vanity Chair, Elegant Egyptian Vanity, Ra’s Golden Bureau, Bejeweled Coffee Table, Sacred Scribe Desk, Majestic Throne, 4 of the Ancient Pyramid Lamp & 4 of the Grand Egyptian Column. Pittiesrule
