I clicked to receive this item from the daily activities but it never showed up in my dock. Can you help me with this?
I hope you get a better response than I did. I notified customer support and they said there was nothing they could do because prizes are awarded automatically and there is no warrantee for anything not working right.
This has happened frequently to me. Make sure you screenshot that you tried to claim it before sending a support ticket to Webkinz. They kept telling me that I needed to claim it on the day of, and did not believe me that I had until I showed a screenshot of proof. Then they were very nice and helped me with the item. Also, this happens often. What I do is I claim something else first, like kinz cash or food. If I don’t get it, I know it’s glitching and I will log off and log back in before claiming the item I really want. Also, make sure that the little graphics are fully loaded, the little pictures by the activities. Both of these have helped me! Hope it helps you!
