I have a difficult time during the Christmas season I get in a hole that’s hard to get out of. I used to love Christmas but now it hard to enjoy losing so many people that I loved and cared for so much. When I received your gift the tears rolled down my cheeks, (tears of happiness) I felt so good at that moment I kept thinking who is the wonderful caring person that sent this item. Yes, that is what today is for! Thanks to the extra diamonds that we got in our Christmas gift, I had the last 5 that I needed to spark another baby! I now have 4 babies in my Nursery and am over the moon happy! When I sparked one of them, it said that I had sparked another one of the special Retrievers and asked if I wanted that one or wanted my unique one. I’m glad that I went with the unique one as I have a beautiful purple kitty that I named Thomasina after her ‘dad’! I’m so excited to see all of the babies grow and I even filled one of the extra growth meters for an extra growth bar! Not to mention that I finally won the Airplane in the Toy Collection! FINALLY!

Is Iceberg Escapades broken? I’ve been trying to play it for the Deluxe Challenge, but I can’t get anything done. The game tells you to hold the spacebar until the arrow is over the iceberg you want, but no matter where the arrow is, the penguin never jumps further than right in front of him. I’m disappointed because I really like those cake pop seeds. Has anyone else had this problem? And if so, can it be fixed? My username is eskiboy on Classic.
I’ve never been good at either of these games anyway, and I was having the same problem with the Escapades game as well. With work and other holiday events and things to do, I gave up on the Challenge weeks ago. It makes me sad as I would have loved to get those seeds as well.

Make sure the arrow is on the star, then let go (not just the dotted line). Hope this helps and you get the cake pop seeds.
I just tried Iceberg Escapades & it worked for me. I’m not sure what you can do- maybe clear your cache? I’m really bad at this game but I managed to complete the challege- I did it early to get it over with since it’s definitely not one of my favorite games.
I must confess, I bought my way out of this game! Could not do it, thought it was just me.
With all the things Webkinz gives us, I do hate to complain. But I am a little upset, well, more than a little, that Santa couldn’t leave our gift in our dock. With all the busyness of Christmas Day and into the night I for one did not have a chance or opportunity to sign in and go to the activities to pick up my gift. Especially upset about not getting the pkg. of 25 pet medallions :-(

I agree, gml1939. I almost didn’t have time to get on Webkinz yesterday. It was very stressful, but I did it. I really REALLY wish we didn’t have to log on to get the prize boxes, or get the final gift on the Countdown to Christmas in the Club House. I truly love that we have so many wonderful ways to get and/or win awesome prizes during the holiday season, but…it’s overwhelming to try and spend a little time on Webkinz each day, especially when you have more than one or two accounts. Balancing Webkinz and all the normal day to day holiday activities in the “real world”, is really hard sometimes. Children forget to get online, then get upset. Adults forget to get online, then get upset, too! Do you remember which Christmas gift from Santakinz that you asked for? I would be glad to give you that gift if I have it. I am farout1, if you should want to friend me. Nothing needed in return. :-)

I know at times things are left in our ‘Today’s Announcements’ screen and we can actually still get them. Seems like Santa, who sneaks around and leaves things at night, would be one of those. I would much rather have had my gift than the Holiday Table Top Tree, cute as it is. Anyhow, I have to confess I have overloaded myself. I have taken on several accts for grandkids who ‘outgrew’ Webkinz but their grandma did not! Plus I love setting up new accts, adding new pets and rooms etc. etc. So I have ended up with 22 accounts! My fault on that! But by the time all the company left last night, I only got to a couple of my accounts. I absolutely do appreciate your offer. Thank you so much!! Happy New Year!!

Yes, 22, and I keep them all active. But as I have admitted, I now realize that is a bit foolish. There are times when some of the accts don’t get checked on for a day or 2 – or 3. But I can’t seem to help myself. I love setting up a new acct with a new theme and adding pets and rooms, befriending all my other accts to send me things I need to furnish rooms. Especially since “Helping Paws”! Let the new acct use that code and rake in rewards, even estore points! I hope that is not illegal!? A son-in-law recently told me “Ok, this is no longer “just a hobby”. I think he is right! Ha.

Twenty-two accounts? Wow! And I thought I was over loaded! LOL! Two of my accounts have a lot of pets, there others are smaller in number. Like you, I LOVE starting new accounts just so I can decorate without my docks being so cluttered! Ha! I wish they would label the room themes with the name of the room first, then what the item is, for example: Galaxy Theme has items called Constellation, Galactic, and Strategic, to name a few. When all those items are in our docks, you have to search and search just to find the items for the Theme you are looking for. *heavy sigh!* It gets so annoying having to search for everything. Ha! When was the Candy Cane event supposed to end? I thought it went for the month of December.
It’s still there. You can access it from your Kinzville Map. Use the Things To Do menu to visit the map and see your collection.
Michael, is there anything that can be done to fix Iceberg Escapades? I’ve been trying to earn 30 Kinzcash for the Deluxe Challenge, but the game doesn’t work right. I made another comment on this article detailing the problem.

Thank you emster7, BeezKneez and megamom12! A while back, I remember Sally or Michael (I believe) said that winning this trophy was based on time. Since then, I always try to time it – 5, 7, 10 seconds, etc. This time, I was in a hurry and I almost immediately released the ball. I have never released it that fast. I don’t know if it is the same each time, but you might want to try that.
Wow! I didn’t know that! I’m going to make of point of moving quickly from now on. Also, I learned that it goes better if you remove the dock before you play.
