Am I the only one whose games take up the whole screen and my cursor cannot click on Play or even Instructions?? I have 7 Deluxe accts and I cannot do a single one of the challenges or any game at all on the Desk top app. There must be some way to fix it so the games appear smaller on the screen!
Have you turned off full screen mode? Click Settings and uncheck the box. Then quit and relaunch the Desktop App.

I love that you are doing this for nonDeluxe friends!! I remember when I was not able to have deluxe and this free time was very very important to me! Thank you for always thinking about ALL the players and making times like these for everyone to get to enjoy all areas of Webkinz. I save my money all year to have my deluxe and even when I can’t get it for a year I always look forward to when I can have the free preview. In these hard times like the last year Ganz has always put us Kinz friends first and we love you for it!!!!
