I can’t find the appropriate place to ask this(and believe me, I have looked).. My deluxe monthly points get sent to my Webkinz account instead of my Ganz Estore account. Is there anyway I can change this? I’m unable to call costumer support.
You have to call the E-Store to change this .
Then try costumer suport hope this helps ;)
Hey nice updates and I am not a deluxe member but I wish they would do these changes to the regular one. I mean delete the recipe foods and the kinzstyle clothes. Also if anyone as the Sheldon Plushie I am looking for it thanks in advance. game name is sparklekitty1226
