Attention all Artists!
Persephone, Webkinz World’s most fashionable Host, is throwing a special event in honor of Webkinz Day!
You’re invited to participate in Persephone’s Design A Dog Contest! There’s a black and white Webkinz puppy that needs a makeover! Submit your own design and, if you get chosen by Persephone and her Webkinz team, your design will be turned into a virtual Webkinz Pet!
It’s easy to participate! Just follow these five easy steps…
1.
2.Color in the Puppy.
3. Scan or photograph your drawing.
4. Upload it to the Design A Dog Contest Gallery on the on the GanzWorld Share Center any time between Monday March 24th and Friday April 25th!
5. Cross your fingers until Webkinz Day (April 29th) to see if your design won!
The grand prize winner will receive a 1-Year Deluxe Membership AND their Design will be turned into a real Webkinz virtual pet, which the Winner will have added to his or her Webkinz World account!
Remember,
- You can enter as many designs as you want- the more submissions the merrier!
- Contestants HAVE to upload their work to the Design A Dog Gallery on the GanzWorld Share Center. Never uploaded to the ShareCenter before? Don’t worry! It’s easy. Just watch this video to see how it’s done!
- You can use any kind of art supplies that you want! Want to use markers, pencil crayons, crayons, it doesn’t matter- this contest’s Fabulous Level? Unlimited!
- You don’t NEED to include ideas for this pet’s adoption gifts (PSI & PSF), but feel free to draw them out if you want!
- We can’t accept submissions with company logos, or sports team emblems.
- Please make sure you save your images as a jpg, gif, or png.
Rumor has it that Persephone will announce the winner on Webkinz Day!

What if you don’t have a printer and tried to draw a the picture on paper? Does it still count?
I hope so. If it does not, maybe you can go to a friends house or a library and use a printer there.
Umm.. you don’t need a printer. you just copy and paste the picture of the dog and then save it to your desktop then simply upload it and ding your done :D

Nope, it’s not necessary, but a lot of players have been adding it to the title of their submission or on the image itself. Just gives it a nice context, is all.
If we give you the PSF and the PSI, will you use them, or make them up yourselves?

I did not use digital art, I drew my puppy and the PSI/PSF with pencils.. is that bad? :(
No, why would that be bad? Just take a picture and upload!
I think what they meant was that by what it has been saying for this contest you had to download it of of they page and then print it (or do it on your computer) but they drew the puppy instead of printing out the thingy macbop and colouring.
Yeah, I saw a guy who made his PSF and PSI out of real live objects. I`m sure they will tolerate with that.

Well Persephone has always been around, always known as the “fashion guru.” PJ definitely loves her fashion, but she’s not exactly at the status of Persephone. I think we all admire both of them, though! I wish you could add Persephone, she’s always been my favorite host.

YAY!!!! I can try all of my patterns when I enter this! Oh BTW is it ok if I get the pictures at the library? The printer at my house is broken, but the library has a printer only with black and white ink. would that still be ok?!
I mean like print the coloring pages at the library, then go home and color in the designs. :)
That should be fine, since it’s a Black and white sheet anyway. I wish you could draw it. This just got me drawing, I don’t think I will be entering.

I have a clowd horse glow puppy heart puppy blue dalmation puppy star puppy easter puppy and more but I don’t see it at share center
