I’m pleased to announce that the Design a Webkinz Contest is now OPEN!
To enter, follow these steps:
1) Pick and download a template:
2) Color in your pet.
3) Scan or photograph your drawing.
4) Upload it to the Design A Webkinz Gallery on the GanzWorld ShareCenter any time between Sunday, February 1 and 10AM (EST) on Tuesday, February 17.
UPDATE: [Feb. 1, 11:40AM EST] The Image Gallery where you can submit your designs is now up! Enter your design by clicking HERE.
5) Cross your fingers until February 21st to see if your design won!
The winner will receive:
- A virtual version of their winning pet
- A 1-Year Deluxe Membership
- All 10 Webkinz Day trophies (2006-2015)
A few things to remember…
- We will especially be looking for pet designs that celebrate your love for Webkinz or are inspired by our 10 Year Anniversary!
- You can enter as many designs as you want!
- Contestants MUST upload their work to the Design A Webkinz Gallery on the GanzWorld Share Center. Never uploaded to the ShareCenter before? Don’t worry! It’s easy. Just watch this video to see how it’s done!
- You can use any kind of art supplies that you want — except computer software (yes, this is a change from the Design a Dog Contest last year). Want to use markers, pencil crayons, crayons, or other art materials? Go for it!
- You don’t NEED to include ideas for this pet’s adoption gifts (PSI & PSF), but feel free to draw them if you want.
- We can’t accept submissions with company logos or sports team emblems.
- Please make sure you save your images as a jpg, gif, or png.

Gennelle, I have a HUGE problem!! I entered three webkinz on the TEMPLATE and colored them in CRAYON and they didn’t pass the moderators!!!!!

GENNELLE. I GOT A MAJOR PROBLEM. WHEN I UPLOADED MY IMAGES TO SARE CENTER, I DON’T THINK THEY DID. CAUSE THIS MORNING I CHECKED MY SHARE CENTER, AND THEY WERE NOT THERE! PLZ ELP ME.AT THE END OF UPLOADING, IT SAID, THAT GANZ WORLD WOULD APPROVE MY SUBMISSION THEN SEND AN EMAIL. BUT I’M NOT SURE IF YOU GOT MY SUBMISSIONS! IM SO WORRIED HERE. I SAYED UP T’ILL 10PM EACH NIGHT TO WORK ON THESE. I MADE EXACTLY 10. Mint-a-pony, balloon-a-cat,10th anniversary cat and so on.i mad 1 dragon, 2 bears, 3 ponies & 4 cats. plz search for them or tell me how to fix my problem before 5pm. and can u extend the time to 5:30 pm so i have time to upload if they already have not.
Every single submission will be seen.
I also saw some entries that had used computer software. I thought that wasnt allowed for this contest?

dear Webkinz, I just logged In to my account and it says “We have a winner” for the design a webkinz contest. Is this true? Because I thought our entries could be submitted until 10 today? Do they not count? It says you already have a winner :(
Hey Gennelle, or anyone else who can help, how long does it take for my picture to post in the gallery because I uploaded it two days ago and got the email but it still isn’t in Share Center!
YAY! I JUST NOW TURNED IN MY ENTRY! I turned in 2 dragons and a cat! When I was uploading my dragon my internet went out and I had to re upload it because I wasn’t sure if it went through or not. it’s okay if it went through twice right? I know they each get moderated soooo….. Anyway! Glad I got my entries in! Can’t wait to find out the winners!
What happens if your entry does not get reviewed? It’s not fair: my entry is not going through! :(
Just have to be patient! it will come through.
