You need to have at least 2 road pieces on your map to see him and/or you need to check to see if your ads have been blocked in your profile. Have your parents check your “my profile” where you look to see all of your pets. I hope one of these work for you. Good Luck!
if you don’t have roads you wont get them. you might have to buy roads at the w shop.

He will be on the roads so you have to have roads and every time i have found him he says bello
he always says bello to me to.
did you double click the yellow person and if you click on it you get a Desiciple me gift box in your webkinz dock and you open it you get goggles or pants :)

I am having the same problem as well as when i go to the Island snack bar I get sent to the adoption agency , ??? Hopefully GANZ will fix everything SOON!
what I did was took all my buildings down and put up roads (he’ll only show up on the roads.)
I would love to get that out fit for my pet!
