Hi Sally Webkinz, Yes I’m in Canada. I figured it out when I saw my invoice that the price is in Canadian money. Thanks for the reply. Ajoy65 :)

I was trying to purchase some Diamonds but when I was putting my information in it looks like it is only available to buy if you live in United States. I am from Canada. Is there a way that Canadians can buy Diamonds. It wasn’t allowing my postal code and only had the States to choose from. Please help, anyone! Thanks, Ajoy65

What device are you using? A Windows computer? iOS device?

I am using Windows 10 computer. Thanks.

Do you have your computer’s location set to the US? Are you using a VPN connection of some sort that makes them think you’re in the US? The transactions on Windows 10 use the Microsoft Store and your location is detected automatically.

Hi again, I tried to purchase from my laptop and was able to purchase the New Player Bundle. On the site it says the cost is $4.99 but when I clicked to purchase it, it came up $6.99 instead. Was this an error. Just wondering why it said it costs $6.99 now when it still showed $4.99. Thanks, Ajoy65

Prices appear in local currency — are you in Canada?
