I got mine yesterday I sent a copy for 500 to my classic and it removed it completely off next so now I do not have one for next I wish you would fix all these glitches
Thanks for mentioning this @wildchild07961. I’ve had this happen before too, so now I won’t pay to “send a copy” until I stop seeing these comments here. If I could be absolutely sure that the item would be able to be in both Classic and Next, with no glitches, I would definitely send it. But I am not willing to risk losing any more limited items on my Next accounts. Maybe I will try testing it on my smallest side account to see what happens. It can’t be just us. Have any other players had things disappear from Next?
Yes – I have had this happen to me before on similar promotions when we win an item on Next that is one per account and we can send back to Classic. The copy an item feature hasn’t worked for me and I end up losing the item in my Next dock. I don’t know why these items aren’t tested first before releasing them to us.
where do you type in the words?
Tap on the W Shop in Webkinz Next on iOS, Android or Windows. Then tap on the Redeem Code button.
I don’t see a Redeem Code button – where is it located on the screen?
It’s at the top right of the W Shop on Webkinz Next. If you’re on a Mac, you won’t see the button and will have to use an iPad or iPhone, a Windows machine, or an Android device.
