From November 22 – 30, look for the floating bottle of dye on your Webkinz Classic account and click on it to collect DIY Dye!
Combine bottles of dye, Design Tickets and DIY furniture on the Clothing Machine at the KinzStyle Outlet, to make new furniture for your pets!
You can buy DIY furniture, DIY Design tickets and the DIY Design Guide in the DIY section of the WShop, but you’ll only be able to collect DIY dye through a floaty clicky during this event.
If you see a floating bottle of dye appear on your screen, click on it, and a bottle of DIY dye will be added to your Dock (limited to 3 a day for free players, 4 for full and 5 for Deluxe members).
There are 4 DIY dye colors to collect: purple, blue, green, and the brand-new DIY Pink Dye!
If you combine a DIY Design Ticket with a piece of DIY furniture and DIY dye on the Clothing Machine at the KinzStyle Outlet, you can make a new piece of furniture for your pet, featuring the color of dye that you decided to use:
Use the DIY Design Guide to learn more about this event. It will be added to your Dock the first time you log in to your Webkinz Classic account from November 22 – 30.
A premium DIY Retro Dye is also available. You can find it in the FUN STUFF > DIY section of the WShop, but you’ll only be able to purchase it with eStore points.
Don’t miss a day of the DIY Design event, so you can collect as many bottles of DIY Dye as you can!
The DIY section will remain in the WShop once this event ends, so you don’t need to use up your bottles of dye before the end of the month!

I think this is the most fun thing on Webkinz in a long time. I am having so much fun making all the items after I finally figured out how LOL. I hope to get at least one of each item each color before it runs out. I strongly advise everyone to play this one. You feel really accomplished the first piece of furniture you make. Have fun, I sure am!!!!!
2 days, but still no pink dye. Is it rare?
I only got one yesterday myself. I made my very first lamp and of course used the pink! I will have a little more time after Thanksgiving to play with the other dyes on my main and actually collect some on my other accounts.
I seem to get one pink dye each day.

I don’t see the retro dye on the fun stuff nor at estore. Unless I’m just missing it. See the other items in the DIY fun stuff, but not the dye. And did search on estore and nothing comes up for it.

I don’t see the diy section in the w shop
Hi @Ssss! If you click on the “Fun Stuff” bar in the Wshop it will open up all the little tabs, including “Games”, “Books”, and the new “DIY” section. I’ve already used it to make sure that I have 4 of everything so I am ready to try out each color of dye. Please let us know if you were able to find the DIY section, or if you need further directions. Enjoy!
I still don’t see the diy section in the w shop
I noticed it doesn’t show up on the mobile devices, just the PC. Probably because the clothing machine is not available on the mobile app. I hope this helps!
I love this event. I really like the changes they made for the event. So glad to be able to buy the pieces of furniture you want to design.
BIG THANK YOU to the programmers for having the DIY Dye floating quickly. This makes the floaty clicky events so much more enjoyable, when you don’t need to wait so long. It is greatly appreciated I was able to complete all my accounts now I can relax and play. ~ shelkinz6
For players who only have a mobile devise, send a friend request to ultrasonic3 after I accept, send me the dye, design ticket and furniture. I will run it through the clothing machine and send it back. Have a great day!
