Hello readers, Ella McWoof here! I recently had the chance to sit down and interview the Mayor of Kinzville, Cowabelle Cowoline, to get the scoop on her current plans and even some insight into her future!
Ella: First of all, I’d like to say thank you Mayor Cowabelle for taking the time out of your busy schedule to talk with me. It must be hectic being the mayor while still attending school.
Mayor: My pleasure Ella—but please—just call me Cowabelle. Yes, this past year has been VERY busy. But at the same time it has been very rewarding. Kinzville isn’t just my home—it’s also my passion. I love being able to help make the lives of our citizens better every day!
Ella: You managed to fulfill your campaign promise to get items into all room types, which was obviously VERY popular.
Mayor: It was just the right thing to do. I’m glad everyone is now enjoying so much more freedom when decorating their rooms, whether they’re indoors, outside, underwater, or in a treetop!
Ella: Unfortunately this came at the cost of a daily SPREE roll at the mall.
Mayor: It was a sacrifice that was worth making. Besides, we’ve been able to offer several bonus SPREE rolls to help address this.
Ella: What else do you have planned for Kinzville in 2016?
Mayor: I’m all about keeping Kinzville fresh and vibrant for citizens now and into the future. On that end, everyone should watch for some exciting new renovations coming soon to some of our most popular landmarks! It’s really going to help make Kinzville much more modern!
Ella: Speaking of fixes, what’s the update on the broken and invisible items in rooms?
Mayor: Once Nuts and Bolts saw that there were more items to fix than they could handle, they went out and hired some temporary extra help. I’m happy to report that hundreds of items have already been fixed, with only a few left to go! We expect the last few to be fixed over the next month or two.
Ella: And what about YOUR plans for the end of 2016? Will you call another election? If you do, will you be running?
Mayor: Well, ah… Let’s just say that when the time is right, I’ll be happy to hand over the Keys to Kinzville to the next worthy candidate. I’d really like to be able to focus solely on my school work again sooner rather than later, so hopefully the projects I’ve started will soon be well enough in hand to give me the chance to step away.
Ella: Do you have any future plans that you can share with us a little more… definitively?
Mayor: YES! I am once in the Kinzville Park handing out gifts to anyone who comes by to see me until this Friday, April 22nd! I just love meeting all of the different citizens of Kinzville!
Ella: Thank you Mayor—I mean—Cowabelle. Thank you for this interview and thank you for everything you’ve done for the citizens of Kinzville.

OMG- Is she going to make KINZVILLE MORE MODERN?! THAT WAS MY REAL DREAM! I’ve asked them SO MANY times to fix up OLD THINGS in kinzvillle (Eg. Kinztunes) and I REALLY CAN’T WAIT! I wonder who will be our next mayor- I hope it’s Daisy doe, PJ collie or ARTE FACT! I REALLY, REALLY CAN’T WAIT!!!!!

I haven’t seen Cowabelle yet never been in my park. Checked all my accounts all different times of day. Have switched parks too.
Hi YADO:) do you have the add block on? If you do, you will not be able to see her. If you turn off the add block you will see her:) hope I helped!:)
If you are running adblocker you must disable it to see the mayor in the park. I turn it off to see the mayor and then turn it back on. Too many glitches when it is off due to all the video ads.
Make sure you have adblocking turned off or you won’t see her.
If you have ad blocker on, then you wouldn’t be able to see her. If you don’t, then you’ll get your wonderful, rainbowy, happy prize. XD Hope this helps!
Hey, YADO! All you have to do is take off your add-blocker! then you should be able to see Cowabelle. :D
If you use an ad blocking software you must turn it off to see the mayor in the park.
I kind of wished they talked about fixing house invites soon. I REALLY want them to come back.
This sounds cool! But I hope if Cowabelle stops being mayor we would still be able to do the cool stuff with our rooms. Also, when I try and put wallpaper underwater, it says that it won’t allow it! ANY wallpaper, besides the “undersea” ones. I really really hope that new places will be added to Webkinz World. Like maybe another place where pets can walk around and speak to each other like in the Clubhouse, Park, etc.? I also am wondering if people outside the United States and Canada would be allowed to use KinzChat Plus in the future? Besides, you have to be Deluxe or a Full Member anyways to get that…and I don’t think many people really can get those in other countries. Some objects in my room are visible, but you can’t interact with them for some reason. My Sly Slide really needs to be fixed. <.< I appreciate your loyalty to us players! =^^=
I’m happy to hear that Nuts and Bolts have brought on extra help to address all the issues that needed fixing. About that ‘one to two month time frame’ I’m not so sure because I still have several rooms (indoor and outdoor) full of invisible items! As for Kinzville being renovated, well, “a change is as good as a rest”, it is said. Maybe you could see your way to renovating the WShop so that estore items are separate from KinzCash items and Pet Specific Foods have their own category/selection tab separate from other Foods…..
I am a little worried. I REALLLY don’t want another Election, because what if Sophie Stockwell ran? Honestly…I wouldn’t want her to win…Sophie is fine and all but…Not my favorite Host I guess. I hope the Kinzville Park changes, and can I suggest something? Add a little list in the Park, like they have in the Clubhouse, that lets you add people by the first three letters of their names and their pet…And add KinzChat+ to Adventure Park (as an option).
First, I thought SOPHIE WAS A VERY CHEEKY CHIP……(*cough*Scary*cough*Monster) So, maybe…Sophie running for prez will be good for her popular views…..
Oh no, NOT SOPHIE!!!! I really never liked Sophie because it kinda makes me feel bad because I can’t get those estore stuff and she has all these cool stuff but they’re really expensive and I can’t buy them.

If Mayor Cowabelle was behind the downgrading of daily Spree rolls, she needs to be impeached on one count of treason.
Nah, it’s totally worth it to be able to put (most) stuff in any room. There’s a ton of Spree rolls always being given away, and honestly with the nightmare that is Webkinz in general since it became Webkinz X, I can barely manage to play Spree every three days as it is. If I had to face Spree daily again, for every account, my mind would snap completely.
How long have you been playing webkinz!? I’m sure everyone here knew…Even though she took away a SPREE roll (which, you could always get more with your G coins.) It was a worthy sacrifice as Cowabelle said.
I am still wondering if gardening in our rooms will ever go back to the way it was. When we used to be able to weed and water our plants.
Yeah, I liked the other way better.
Too bad that it can’t be an option. A lot of people want it back the way it was, but I like it this way – it seems so much easier for me.

I doubt it, who would have time, when you started to weed or water “they” would have the pets demand for something else to do. I did not like X from the start and I really have my doubts if it will get better. Such a shame, it started out as a nice relaxing little game.
The pets wont make requests if their hearts are completely full. All you have to do is fill their hearts up first thing when you log in and you have the whole rest of the day to play without any requests. It’s not that hard to keep their hearts full; once you get it up to 100%, it only drops down 25% the next day; that’s not that much to fill up. Plus it increases your family score. Why are you even on Webkinz if you’re not in it for the pets?
If you don’t want to deal with the requests, put your pet to bed. It will stop making requests until you wake it up again.
I kinda hope not, all my fields will die. There is no way I could manage them with Webkinz X, my computer still loathes it. Plus the pet. Oh my stars, the whiny, demanding pets when they are awake instead of dead-looking with the annoying snoring. How would anybody get any gardening done at all, with all the demanding and pet-switching. Sheesh.
I know right, I don’t even garden anymore it is SO boring… but, my Dad loves it he always said, “My veggies and other stuff are probably dead.” xD Now he said “10…20…30………100 kinzcash!” X’D
