After some frustrating attempts to get the free codes I discovered that the contest does not seem to work until after 9:00 am eastern time. Hope this helps.

Day 3 and it keeps doing the same thing for me:( I am not going to try clicking on for a free item 25 times. I love the floaty clickies, they always seem to work.:)

I can’t get any of the free prizes! The page just keeps refreshing. Hasn’t worked for the last two days. UGH!!!!
It’s doing that thing again where it just reloads the September sale page instead of going into the item page for the code. I’m usually on Webkinz between 2-7am and have very little time later in the day to get on a whole lot, so its really frustrating that this keeps happening for this event. I love the special things you guys do, but I love being able to participate in them even more! These are really cute items and I would really like to be able to get them!
This is my third day trying to get the codes for the September Specials free codes. I really hate that I’m missing out on such cool Fall themed items. I am having the same problems as bobme248 it’s still not working. Ganz please help!
The ‘free code’ is not working again for me today, now for the basket of leaves. Click on it and it just refreshes the screen.
The link is not working. I went to the September Specials page and found the basket of leaves, but when I click on the free code link, it just refreshes the pages. I tried several times, but it seems to be broken. Hopefully it can get fixed and I can get the code after school.
