I don’t know about the glittering gem shower specifically but I have a rainbow gem one and it gives 5 heart points.
This is off topic but does anyone know if the Glittering gem shower restores pet care hearts? I plan on adopting a ragdoll cat in December and my alt account doesn’t have a shower
