I’m wondering the same thing uni! I think some computers\laptops, Just have the feature to do that or you can buy a app or something like that
Hmm, maybe they were using a Digital Art App. I wonder if that’s what they are using. I’ll have to research some! Maybe you can research some too! I’ll let you know if I find a app! :-D
I use a digital drawing program called Clip Studio Paint! :)
