Just to clarify, if you have a renewing membership, you get this as well? Great design either way. I really hope auto renewing does count and I get it. also, if it does, I am thinking I didn’t get the Half-Pipe. :/ would it have just shown up in my dock or via email?
I signed up for the year account a couple years ago because they would give you a free pet and zipline I got the zipline but not the pet.
I may have had the opposite. I usually get a free pet. After the first time signing up I got the same pet again next year, and had to email to get code for correct pet. The same thing happened the following year.
I always turn off renewal and just buy it a few weeks before my accounts’ Deluxe memberships expire. I do that just in case to make sure I receive the free pet and free super deluxe item.

I didn’t get the Super deluxe item, when mine renewed this year. I didn’t realize that would happen and I got last years pet so now I have twins. So next year I will turn off the renewal next year. Fancy punishing those who sign up for the auto renew. You would think they would rather we auto renew.
If you didn’t get it when your account renewed (I didn’t), just call them and they will put it on your account. It seems to be a glitch. Love this new item!

haha I notice the fairy buddy doesn’t start until Jan 2nd. Ganz usually has a 50% off 1 year deluxe on Jan 1st because that’s when we buy all of ours! I’m not into buddies though so I am okay with it. I LOVE the super deluxe item! Great job Blue57Star!!!!

Hi! If you buy the membership in 2018 but Activate it in 2019, which Deluxe prize will you receive; the half pipe or the forest slide?
I think that it goes with the activation year, but I’m not 100% sure. The fairy buddy, though, seems like it will only go for memberships purchased between Jan. 2-31, so I will miss it because I just renewed at the end of November. Great job Blue57Star! I look forward to getting this Super Deluxe slide at the end of November next year!
It goes by when you buy it. If you bought a membership in 2018 you will get the half pipe whenever you activate it.
I asked this very question. Answer: If you purchase a membership in 2018, but don’t activate it until 2019, you will receive the 2019 super deluxe item. Also, if you purchase a deluxe membership and do not receive a code for the special pet, you should send an email to the ganz estore and they will make it right. The same thing happened to me.
