Hi Fiona! I’m curious about the items that play songs, such as the pianos. I know that one of the pianos plays moonlight sonata by Beethoven but some of them sound like original pieces. I’m particularly interested in the music for the Haunted Organ. Where does the inspiration for the music come from? -SugarP
That’s a great question, SugarP! I checked in with our sound engineer, Christian, and he said that the season or theme of the item usually serves as the inspiration. For the Haunted Organ, he took inspiration from the KinzTunes song, “Scaredy Cat”!
Will there ever be an update where you can turn furniture and items diagonally? It may not work for windows and wall decorations, but maybe for beds, tables, chairs, and etc. – OliviaGraceParra
Hmm, that’s tough OliviaGraceParra. You see, items in Webkinz World aren’t really 3d — they’re more like paper dolls, with one to four different versions, depending on the item. All of the existing items would have to be updated to include four more angled views in order for it to be turned diagonally, and there are over 20,000 items in Webkinz World! That would be a really big update, so I don’t think it’s something that would happen any time soon.
Dear Fiona, I’m a thrift store sort of person and found a Webkinz Jr pet with a code. Is there anything I can do with it, because Webkinz junior was taken down. – gbjockey2
Great find, gbjockey2! Unfortunately, you cannot use the Webkinz Jr. adoption code in Webkinz World or anywhere else. Webkinz Jr. shut down at the same time as Amazing World. But you’ve got a great piece of history there!

Yes, I definitely agree! The Monthly Webkinz Signatures were beautiful. Some of the older Signatures are available, but only digital and limited amount.
Hi Fiona, I was wondering if it would be possible for the code shop in webkinz world to be changed to a one line input box, instead of the 4 broken up segments like it is now? That would make it so much easier to copy and paste the community codes into the code shop.
Dear Fiona, I have been working on my Family Score for awhile now. By trying to maintain 10 bonus hearts everyday, I’m close to 1,000,000 points. What happens once reaching this final level? Will my score restart so I can try and earn some more of the wonderful Family Score prizes?
No restarting, but congrats on your really BIG accomplishment! Enjoy all of the Family Score prizes! Maybe someday they will consider adding more prizes for 1,000,000 and beyond!

Fiona will the Wshop ever carry coins so we can buy them to send to friends who can exchange them for the full amount? Also will we ever be able to send friends more items or more than once a day? The limit on this is extremely annoying for those of us with multiple accounts. (Or let us create a ‘family’ of accounts that are free to exchange as we want when we want). And we’re still waiting for the ability to move doors, any news on that? Any news on fixing clubhouse events, they still get jammed up and we can’t get our prizes? Can we please have the ability to sell in multiples or sell all? Also, the Wish Factory is in desperate need of fixing. And one last thing, can we please have more control over our docks? We need to be able to group themes that aren’t named properly (theme name and item). We need a search function etc.

Yes, that’s a bit wonky, isn’t it? I also wonder about the request to do a certain job, but that job isn’t available. Ah, well–pobody’s nerfect, I suppose. ;-)

I have some pianos that used to play sound but they do not anymore. Will these ever get fixed? I noticed that all the televisions got fixed and that is great, but I would like to hear my pianos again.
