They sure will, AylaC! Except for a handful of special Adoption Codes for the Webkinz ExtravaGANZa, unused Adoption Codes do not expire. Enjoy your pets!

Thanks for your question, ohemgeeitsbrittany. Unfortunately, pets that have been officially retired like the Chinchilla will not be available for sale at Ganz eStore. You may find them in special bundles or as promotional reward for a points purchase, but not for individual sale. Sorry!

I understand your concern, ngeorgianow. Luckily, if you’ve got a storage item with stuff in it, it will not let you trade it in the Clubhouse. So make sure to empty your drawers before you head to the Trading Room!

Dear Fiona, can you tell me why I can no longer place items such as table lamps, etc. on tables? If I can’t use them, why have them? I certainly don’t want them on the floor.
Dear Fiona: When will the clocks in the rooms work again? They work in the clubhouse rooms but not in our pets’ rooms. Also, will all the animated items ever be fixed? My friend has a log flume ride that he won that does not work.
The 502 Bad Gateway message has been especially bad these past few days – I sometimes have to refresh the page 5 or 6 times.

Hey, Fiona! I have a question. Will the “Invite” feature on the Kinz Phone ever come back to Webkinz? I really miss being able to invite my friends over, and the parties barely work as a replacement. It would be great if either of those could be fixed soon.

Hey ohemgeeitsbrittany! I got a black lab recently and although it’s retired, you may have luck finding one on ebay. That’s how I got my black lab. Hopefully, you will get the pet you want! I hope this helps!
