It’s me, Fiona, back for another round of fan mail! As always, for my past answers, click here! If you miss me, you can always head to KinzPost and send a letter or a package, and I’ll deliver it for you! Don’t forget, you can add me as a friend by going to KinzChat and adding Fiona Feathers (include the space!).
Dear Fiona, why can’t I send packages when I have already adopted a webkinz? – happybiscuit22
Thank you for your question, happybiscuit22! If it’s been more than a year since you last adopted a pet, your account would be considered a “free member” — these have quite a few restrictions on them. You’ll need to adopt a pet once a year to keep a full membership, or you can get a Deluxe membership if you do not wish to adopt more pets.
Hi Fiona! Why are some trophies sendable and some are not? It would be great if we could send them to other accounts. – Blaine
Ooh, good one, Blaine! Most of the time, if you can only earn the trophy once, you can’t trade it or sell it. This is to keep it safe on your account! Trophies that you can earn more than once aren’t as restricted… but they’re also usually not as hard to earn.
If I buy one year of deluxe membership without having an eStore account I get the free pet too? I want to buy one year of deluxe membership, but I don’t want an eStore account. – behe123
Hi, behe123! The only way that you can have a Deluxe Membership without a Ganz eStore account is to have someone with a Ganz eStore account buy it for you. Since they are automatically renewed, you have to have a Ganz eStore account in order to keep your details up to date, choose where your points go and have an order history with a record of your free pet. Whoever purchases the one-year Deluxe Membership would receive the free pet in their order history. Hope this helps!

I’m not sure of the best place to put this comment/question so I’ll write it here and hope someone at Ganz can help. First, let me say I absolutely love Webkinz. It is so much fun! You guys do such a great job and I really appreciate it. I’ve been playing for 10 years almost every day. However, I am somewhat disappointed some items aren’t working or appear as they should. Could you please look into fixing them? Several are estore items and one is my favorite PSI. They are: Winter Season Kinzville Wallpaper, Haunted Creatures Flooring, Puppy Patrol Command Station, Gum Fall Slide, Holidays Are Coming Wallpaper, and the Rhinestone Jeans.
Hey, Fiona! (I apologize for the extra question) Is the regular ferret rare? I’ve only found it for around $60, and I don’t understand that because it’s not the Signature one.
The Webkinz ferret is a retired Webkinz, so since Webkinz doesn’t make it anymore, people selling it tend to up charge.
Dear Fiona, I been a deluxe member for sometime now and I automatically have my membership renew. I don’t believe though that I get a free pet or a code for one. Can you tell me how I can check into that?
Log in to your estore account…then click on manage account…(upper right hand corner) then click on Active Membership Orders….when that page opens up…under the category (TYPE) click on membership…that is where you will find your free pet code…..hope this helps…
Oh, I just might have to check in on that myself. Thanks lindy456!
Hi Fiona! Will Dr. Quack’s Miracle Tonic ever be available again? I want to try all those smoothie recipes!!
This is going to probably be something the creative director will have to ask, but what Arcade games were released in Webkinz World in 2005? I know Wishing Well, Leaf Leaf (Which only lasted a couple months), Icecap Adventure, Jazz Monsters, Dashing Dolphin, Tulip Trouble (Replaced with Tulip Trouble 2 after a few weeks), Picnic, Wacky Zingoz, Pumpkin Patch Protector, Lily Padz, Bananza, Hungry Hog, and Color Storm were some of the Arcade games that came out in 2005
This is such a good question. We didn’t join until 2007. By then it was already Wishing Well 2. We are still wondering about the original Wishing Well.Does anyone remember it?
It looked like a slot machine if I remember correctly (but I was pretty young)
Lol your username is awesome!!
I mean @BearintheBigBluHouse. Sorry, @maidoforleans’ comment wasn’t there yet :)
Wait, what was leaf leaf?
Why does clicking on Nafatia sometimes not work? I get a kind of purple haze and have to quit what I’m doing and go somewhere else.
I have had the same problem many times.
she isn’t programmed to layer properly on some of the areas. most notably a lot of them are areas in the old code and they haven’t gotten around to fixing it i’d imagine
Dear Fiona Feathers. Just to follow up on your response to the last question: If I buy a deluxe membership for someone else, does that person receive the code for the pet or do I? I should add that I meant for the recipient of my gift to receive the pet code as well. Please clarify. Thanks, Traveller
Hi Traveller – that’s a good question . . . Have you checked your Order History on your Estore account? After you log in to your Estore account, look up in the right hand corner and click on Manage Account. Choose Order History and then click on the order number of that purchase. It will show what you bought that day and any adoption or feature codes with that purchase – does the Fairy Kitten show up? If it does, I don’t know if it can be transferred over to the recipient of your gift, but Amanda at the Estore is so nice and helpful that if anyone can do it, she can. Good Luck!
PURCHASES VIRTUAL ONES – LOOK for MEMBERSHIP and click when you find it it shows membership code and pet code
Hi, Traveller! The free pet code goes to you, the eStore account owner (the pet code should be in your order history). A pet has to be “adopted” onto an account, and the pet has to be given a name, etc. For this reason, a pet cannot be sent to a Webkinz World account (even by the eStore). It is given as a code you have to enter at the Adoption Center. And the only way to give a pet code to a friend is to email them the code because codes can’t be shared on this forum (it is a security issue since a pet code can be used to help recover an account if the password is forgotten). I hope I’m not making this more confusing! ;)
Fiona is there a reason why retired pets have only been available to deluxe members? When I first created my main account I was able to buy a virtual version of the unicorn no problem (and it was past my 3 day deluxe trial) but now it seems almost every retired pet offered in the estore is only for deluxe members. Why the change?
2 years ago I bought 3 months of deluxe membership, but I didn’t have an eStore account. I was helped to do it, so the person who helped me made me an eStore account?
And that person didn’t have an eStore account
Most likely you were either gifted the deluxe membership if they had an account, or they probably set up an estore account for you.
Dear Fiona, Does Webkinz still have game cards? I can’t find them at any retail store. It has been at least 3 years, since I last purchased some. I would give them as gifts to family members, to help them buy a pet to keep their regular accounts. I became Deluxe, because it seemed better option than just buying points. Is buying points the only way, I can gift to my family accounts?
we’ve been looking for them too!
Same here. I actually won the special Trading Card pet from a package of cards at our local dollar store!
Family Dollar and Dollar General have had series 1 or series 2 packs you can buy, but it’s hit or miss. I know you can buy some of the unopened series packs on auction sites. A friend of mine was able to purchase a few cases of Series 3 online. Are you missing actual game cards to complete your collection IRL, or did you need the packs with codes to complete your virtual collection?
Are these what you’re talking about? https://webkinznewz.ganzworld.com/announcements/webkinz-game-cards-are-now-at-walgreens/
No, those are the game time/points cards. I believe that we are talking about the trading cards. At least I am. I am however disappointed that we don’t have the game cards at the Walgreen’s that I work at!!!
