What happened to the Very Pretty Vanity of the Pretty in Pink Theme at the W Shop? It is the last item I need to complete this theme and it has been missing from the W Shop since at least early April, which is when I first purchased any items from this theme. I would really like to finish my pet’s theme. – Kelcy23

Thanks for your question, Kelcy23! The Pretty in Pink theme took a little unexpected vacation from the W Shop, but it’s back now. If you look for the Pretty in Pink theme, you’ll find the Very Pretty Vanity on the second page of the theme. Hope that helps!

Hello Fiona, I have a question regarding pet requests…more specifically the showers. When my pet requests a bath, I have tried to use the assorted showers for them to no success. I do get heart, energy and happiness points, but it does not count towards my pet’s request for a bath. Putting a bathtub in some of my shower rooms messes with the flow. Or, I have to go hunt for a bathing room. So, I am asking: Is this a quirk with the system, or do we need to specifically use bathtubs when pet’s request a bath? – Percaroma

Good question, Percaroma. When pet requests were first added, showers did not give you any Family Score boost at all. When a pet asks for a bath, you have to fulfill that request with a bath — a shower just won’t do. Though showers now give your pets a boost, they’re still different from a bath — otherwise you wouldn’t get a boost from giving your pet a bath and a shower in the same day. (Personally, I like to bathe, then shower — extra clean and double the Family Score!)

Dear Fiona, do you think there will be any new recipes made for farm fresh vegetables or the countryside vegetables? I’d really like to be able to make things like tossed salads or more types of sandwiches using those vegetables. There don’t seem to be many recipes that involve them. – ringneck1

Hi, ringneck1! I have a feeling that you might see more Farm Fresh foods and recipes coming up real soon. Stay tuned!

Hi Fiona, what happens if you enter a Caring Valley code now, since the Caring Valley is closed?

Hello Fiona! One of my favorite themes of all time is Winter Wonderland. It’s a beautiful theme and I’ve loved it since the days back when we had a dedicated Link’d Room using the theme. Since I’ve noticed a handful of W-Shop items seem to be taking unannounced vacations lately, do you know if the Chilly Lounging Chair, Frosted Ice Floor Lamp, Ice Cold Toy Box and Winter Wonderland Sofa are among them?

Hello Fiona! I’ve got a whole LOT of Fool’s Gold in my dock. Do you think there’s ever going to be a plan to do something with it all? Such as it being a Recipe Food Ingredient, or a Feed-to-your-pet to win a prize, etc.?

I’m glad that someone brought up the subject of family points again. I have 4 rooms throughout my gigantic “property” with everything in it that can be used for requests. They are in an order where my pet can go in a circle and hop in and out of everything to collect points, I mark these rooms with alternating upper case X’s and O’s. Those rooms stand out like a sore thumb…easy to spot. I am now at the point where I will disassemble these rooms and use them for something else. The reason is because when I asked Fiona 3-4 months into this Million point adventure, if I should continue collecting, as I had already gone beyond the million. After I was congratulated, I was told to keep collecting, as when more people reached a million points, more prizes would be added. I was delighted! I kept performing as asked and continued to collect. Then, at a later time, someone else asked about the prizes we were promised after passing the million point mark, only to be told that there were other things to be done and there would be nothing for those of us who worked toward this new goal. I stopped participating for quite a long time, but points continued to accumulate. Now that I have over 10 million points, (I took a screenshot at 10001000 points), my next question is, is there a way to turn off those pesky requests. I’d like the option of removing the heart next to my pet photo. PLEASE, please let me out of this trap. I adore my webkinz and faithfully participate almost every day. Those unnecessary requests are annoying. I feel like a person who never missed a day of school, making excellent grades, only to be told, “too bad, no diploma”!!! I’ll be happy to send the screen shot to ganz as proof. I know they can remove items. Please allow me, as an individual, to disconnect from family points.

I would very much appreciate having a choice to continue playing the family score part of Webkinz or not. I have won all the prizes on my main account two years ago and I feel done with that aspect. I have a couple smaller accounts that I want to get the KinzCash machine, but stop after that as well. I hate being interrupted with requests that don’t make sense – and I don’t like having my pets asleep all the time. Giving a choice would make everyone happy.

How the honk did you get all those points? o.O I find the pet requests irritating as well, but at this point, I just ignore most of them and have my pets jump on a trampoline when they get too sad. It used to feel cruel but I’ve since gotten over it. I’d like to go back to the days when my pet was happy to do anything with me, not twist my arm like a spoiled child. On a much lighter note, I’m so excited that Fiona answered my question! I’m looking forward to these new recipes she hinted at :D

I haven’t even made it to 100,000 points yet. I’m amazed you made it to a million already!

      • Eilish says:

Many, many players have surpassed the million point mark. 2 and 3 million appear to be quite common. Others have scored higher. It was the urging to continue collecting that kept me playing. I was averaging about a million every 3-4 months. I quit for a year or so, but the points continued to accumulate.

    • frogmom says:

What if you could start back over again? Or use points to “buy” extra prizes, like SPREE points? There’s a few I wouldn’t mind having extras of.

      • nanamama12 says:

It was my understanding that if you passed the 1 million point that you could start over and collect the prizes again. Something that I’m looking forward to, but how in thunder are so many players past the 1 million point?????? I’m still struggling to get my Gizmo pet buddy?????

        • Powerann says:

When you pass the 1 million mark you get your little trophy and just keep collecting more points – It does NOT start over to collect the prizes again. I reached 2 million MANY months ago and just stopped filling pet requests – not worth the time or effort.

I keep a bathtub in my dock… when she requests a bath she gets one. then the tub goes back to the dock … a bath, no mess no worry LOL

    • Gramkins says:

mamasbaby07 ~ That’s what I do with the sandwich maker & the blender. If a pet requests something, I drag the right machine into the room so I can fix whatever requested. Didn’t work with the toadstool. I kept forgetting to remove it from the room. I gave up & put a toadstool in each room.

  8. ojibwa says:

I made a bathroom so I always know where the bathtub is, and a gym for when they want to run or swim. Did you know that the treadmill and trampoline in the clubhouse exercise room also work? But the other day I did two jobs with my pet and then right after that she asked me if we could go to work.

  9. frogmom says:

requests–I have a room in the center of my megaplex called REQUEST, that way I don’t have to hunt around. Recipes w/ garden veggies–Yay! It would also be nice if you could simply substitute for regular foods, like ff red delicious for apples, and ff snow peas for peas. — My latest IDEA was that when you hovered over the doorways, they would at least tell you what room you’re about to enter.

Dear Fiona, is there ever going to be another eStore points free giveaway code? I remember in the past we were gifted 2000 eStore points.
