HI Fiona! I have a question about webkinz X . My dock says there is a brown package in my dock and I removed everything else from my dock but nothing will return to my dock. Is it an error? Or is there more stuff that won’t come out? Thanks…KATF15
Oh, goodness! Sometimes things don’t quite as expected and stuff ends up where it isn’t supposed to…like that brown package! Thing is, since it’s not supposed to be there, you can’t remove it. You’ll have to send a message to the folks at our wonderful Customer Service department and they can sort you out — webkinzsupport@ganz.com

Fiona not to disrespect webkinz it’s just i don’t think it is fair to have delux memberships because what about the kids and parents who can’t afford it then you have a lot of kids who don’t have the delux membership.
Can you help? I left Webkinz World for a bit and went back on and I only had 510 Estore points even though I had 2000 points is this an error? Cause I never spended them CalicoCat67

Hi Fiona, I was very happy to buy the new Mount Olympus and Burrow theme items from the eStore. But when I tried to name my new rooms for each theme, both the words “Burrow” and “Olympus” were not allowed. Will the folks at Ganz ever revise WW to accept these theme words? Thanks!
Dear Fiona, I played webkinz a few years back when they had games called Webkinz Trading Cards and DiceKinz. They were super fun and the best thing about Webkinz in my opinion. Does Webkinz World plan on bringing these games back by any chance? I really miss them. They made Webkinz so much funner. -swimbryan
