HI Fiona! I have a question about webkinz X . My dock says there is a brown package in my dock and I removed everything else from my dock but nothing will return to my dock. Is it an error? Or is there more stuff that won’t come out? Thanks…KATF15
Oh, goodness! Sometimes things don’t quite as expected and stuff ends up where it isn’t supposed to…like that brown package! Thing is, since it’s not supposed to be there, you can’t remove it. You’ll have to send a message to the folks at our wonderful Customer Service department and they can sort you out — webkinzsupport@ganz.com

I used to use Internet explorer to log on to Webkinz and now it no longer works. Now, Microsoft edge no longer works, so that means I CANNOT LOG ON TO WEBKINZ WORLD. I tap Play, and then it says loading login, but then it just reopens a welcome to webkinz page. ARGHH! I could live with Webkinz X glitches, but not being able to go on webkinz is VERY annoying.
Dear Fiona, i have a problem with my items… I adopted a new pet (it is a polka dot puppy… her name is Josie) and so I put my pets PSI in her room and it is invisible :( I tried to get it out on edit mode but I can’t! So when I am not in edit mode I make my pet stand on the space that I put it in and she stands in it like she was in it but it is invisible.Please help ~bee225
That’s happening with a lot of PSIs. My Sig. Bull Terrier’s PSI has been missing since Webkinz X (it’s actually doing the same thing your PSI is doing), and other PSIs (like the Rooster’s and the Airborne Puppy’s) are half-missing. However, various glitching/missing PSIs are being fixed with each update, so don’t lose hope or patience. I hope this helps! :)
