What a great question! You can indeed still use those codes to unlock Wacky Zingoz Extreme in the Arcade and the Tournament Arena. Did you know that you can invite someone to play in the Tournament Arena even if they don’t have the game? It’s true! If you can’t find any of the super cool Wacky Zingoz plush around, you can purchase the game from Ganz eStore, as well.
Hi Fiona! I know from reading your fan mail that Webkinz is sadly not planning to make any more lil’kinz. But what about the lil’kinz that there are already? Are they all retired, or do you still make them? – Inkblot
It’s true that Lil’ Kinz plush are retired. That means we don’t make any new plush, and we don’t manufacture any more of the existing lines. The Lil’ Kinz that are out in the wild are all that’s left. You can sometimes get virtual Lil’ Kinz at Ganz eStore, though, especially around springtime.
Hi, Fiona. I’ve been wondering this for a really long time. I’ve had tons of ideas for new Webkinz, and I want to send them to Ganz and see if they can make them Webkinz, hopefully plushies, although I know how hard it is for them to do so since they have other people making the plush Webkinz. I’ve entered Design a Pet contests, looked for Contact Us buttons on Webkinz, and put some of my ideas on the Webkinz Newz forum entitled Make Suggestions. None have seemed to work for me. Is there any other way to tell Ganz my designs? Thanks. – EmilyCuteHeart
Thanks for your question, EmilyCuteHeart! You’re doing everything right — those are all the ways to get your ideas to Ganz! It’s true that the Plush department has a plan roughly a year in advance of when you see pets, and they don’t always act on suggestions, but there’s no harm in trying. And, of course, entering the Design-A-Pet contests is the best way to get your vision of a virtual pet made. Just keep trying — you never know when something you suggested might get made!

I have a quick question: can you still get webkinz cheeky pets as plush? Because I have wanted one for al long time like that I think their ADORABLE! Oh and sorry another quick question will you ever be able to go to that like mazin hampsters only place again? Because I got a mazin hamster, entered the, adopted it, and tried the place. But it didn’t work! So I tried again a few days later and still it didn’t work! And that was my first ever mazin hampster so that means my first time trying that place. Yup! No more will be made. Luckily, In where I live there are a bunch of stores that sell them. And many more retired pets.
dear Fiona, I never win the webkinz contests. I get random draw that everyone has a chance, but even the ones based off of creativity, i enter really creative webkinz or room designs, but win i don’t see my name on the winners, i feel that all my work was put to waste. Fiona- I know that there are plush pets like the Signature Timber Wolf that are super rare and/or really hard to get your hands on. However, I’ve noticed that whenever Ganz does a thing where they give away/sell a super rare pet (as like a one day thing), it’s been an eStore pet. Would Ganz ever make it a plush pet instead and then do like a give away/sell it on eStore? Thanks- notwen1.
Please, please choose my question, as I cannot get resolution from anyone else at GANZ: I need HELP FINDING MY PET BUDDIES! I have way many pets (over 700) and I am missing two pet buddies: one is a Zum and one is Morgan Fairy. I especially need to locate Morgan, as he is new (since “family points”) and I know he feels especially lost and wonders why I have abandoned him!! Please tell me the tech team is working on a way to show the buddies as we look at each pet–that would be so ideal (even though I cannot see all my pets with the new system) but I could go room to room and mix things up so I would see different pets. Anything, whatever the solution they come up with, but anything would be better than the current system. I have tried emailing Customer Service, since we can no longer speak with a real person, and I had always received a standard answer as if they did not thoroughly read or did not even care about my request. Then I sent a very specific request to please not send me the “standard reply,” AND THEY DID NOT REPLY AT ALL!!! SOOOO I think you can see by now why I need YOUR help!! PLEASE, PLEASE HELP, & THANKS SOOO MUCH!!! k.
Right now you can only see your Buddies in the Clubhouse. When you go to the Clubhouse, there’s a button in the top left of the screen. Click on it to view your Buddies. Make sure you’ve got the pet you want to associate the Buddy to active, as you can’t change the active pet once you’re in the Clubhouse.
How do I always find lil’ kind at stores if they’re all retired? I see them everywhere… Or at least it seems like I do.
Retired just means they aren’t manufactured anymore.
What? Lil kinz retired??? Where I’m from, They have like 8 stores where you can get; Signatures, Lil kinz, Webkinz Pets, Rockerz, and many more. Well great questions ponies! I got all of my lil kinz for 4.99$ and some for 1.99$. I have 9 lil kinz so far. 13 Signatures. All of the Rockerz and a lot more.

Dear Fiona, could a Transfer Delivery Option be added to GanzWorld Rewards? Comparable to the Ganz eStore feature, players could choose to “Redeem” prizes to other accounts in addition to the one linked to their GanzWorld account – This would be especially useful for prizes that aren’t tradeable/sellable/kpostable! Me too! I’m glad Webkinz decided to bring back the pet actions, but I really miss My Page!! D: It was one of my favorite things to do in Webkinz world…. It was always so fun looking at my friend’s pages…. And I loved changing things around on my own page….. I know not everyone uses my page, but I’m still shocked that they got rid of a feature, that, in my mind, was pretty important
