Hi, luvnpet! I can definitely see how frustrating it would be to not know what you’ve won. I hear that there will be a new system starting in January… you’ll be getting a gift box from the Peek-A-Newz instead — you’ll get a random prize when you open the gift box, but it will show you right away what you’ve won. Doesn’t that sound great?
Fiona, why is that Ganz is featuring extra pets each month? Like the Bull Terrier this month. It’s taking away from the features of the POTM. POTM still gets you the gift box (if you adopt the pet during the month), but there are way less daily activities. Right now, the Bull Terrier has a daily bonus event, but I’ve only seen one (on Sunday) for the Black Panther. To me, it kind of devalues the POTM. – Cherrycheesecake
Thank you for your question, Cherrycheesecake. While it may seem that the Pet of the Month pet has fewer events, their schedule hasn’t actually changed. They get at least one event each weekday and at least two each day on the weekend. And, as you mentioned, adopting the Pet of the Month during its featured month gets you a Pet of the Month loot bag, which was recently updated to let you pick your own prize. Other pets have been periodically featured… sometimes for a few days (like the Berry Cheeky Monkey during Berry Festival), or for an entire month (like the Misty Koala and Bull Terrier). Not every month will have additional featured pets, and they will never take away the events already scheduled for the current Pet of the Month — they are meant to be an added bonus to celebrate certain pets.

Hi Fiona! Will their be a special Halloween room in the Clubhouse on Halloween day and night? I want a room that has Halloween furniture and Halloween decorations and other stuff! Dear Fiona, Is there a chance you might add a search feature for our docks? I spend 10 minutes looking for a bed and did not find one when I could have type in bed and it told me I had none and could buy one and move on. My dock is very large

I was wondering, is there any way to write a song about a pet that can be in the Music Starz? I know that all of the songs are about pets of the month but could I just chose a pet to write about? Dear Fiona, In May, a Magic W Pajama Set was introduced for Customer Appreciation Days at the Ganz E-Store, with the first piece being the pacifier. I haven’t heard anything more about it, but happened to get the night cap to the set when making a trade in the Trading Room. Have any more pieces to this set been given away? I keep looking for information about it on Webkinz Newz, but have not seen nor heard anything more concerning the Magic W Pajama Set. I don’t want to miss any more pieces to this set. Can you please tell me which pieces of the set have already been released and when the release day / Customer Appreciation Day(s) are for any remaining pieces to the pajama set? I just made a video and want to share it with y’all.I also picked out a name, and I’m worried if the name will be taken by the time I start to youtube. Aww come on! I have one and I posted a bunch of thing. Since you’re too young to ger a You Tube account, how about asking your mom to get one for you. And after your a teen you could just keep it for yourself!
I know I’m not Fiona, but I don’t think they can allow anything that is not from kinztube to be featured in fan videos. I’m guessing you want to send them an email. I guess they don’t want to use let people use apps or their phone they want you to use a YouTube account so they can make sure your video is not a part of some app. It may have something to do with terms and policies and not allowing another company to have a video of that company:for instance if Webkinz let you email and you sent a video in to the email with let’s say iMovie then va for instance if Webkinz let you email and you sent a video in to the email with let’s say iMovie then in terms of policy their contract may not allow other companies to publish and talk about their app or have a video that is been used with their app. I don’t know for sure at all I’m guessing, but it wouldn’t be a bad idea, but at the same time it be unfair to other people.
