Dear Fiona, The new KinzPost upgrade is really cool! I like how easier it is to use only one screen to send messages, gifts and postcards. But, my real question is: Can we add you as a friend in Webkinz World? I’ve seen the ability to add Daisy Doe, Mr. Moo and Sophie Stockwell as friends, but I think you would be a nice “host friend” as well. As Kinzville’s courier, you have been delivering our mail for a while, but wouldn’t you like to receive some from us too? Thanks–gameguy411
Delivering mail to myself… at least I wouldn’t have to go far! I’ll see if I can whisper into a few ears and see what can be done… I wouldn’t mind getting to read some of the mail I deliver for a change!
Dear Fiona, with more browsers dropping support for Shockwave, what is being done to update? Last time when they dropped Unity you dropped the hamsters’ world, are we looking at the end of Webkinz? TheMamaDragon
Thank you for your question, TheMamaDragon. Rest assured that Webkinz World isn’t going anywhere and there is a plan in place. For now, browsers are simply turning off the Flash plug-in, but you can still turn them on and run Webkinz World. Have fun playing!

What a great question, jillton! I hate to disappoint you, but only full-time residents of Kinzville can run for mayor. But if you have ideas for running Kinzville, you’re always welcome to share them… who knows, Mayor Quack may even take your suggestion! As for renaming pets… if you’ve picked an inappropriate name, you can send an email to webkinzsupport@ganz.com and ask them to change it. If you simply do not like the name, they are unlikely to change it. Please be very careful when you adopt your pets and make sure you really love the names you pick.

Hey Fiona, I’m wondering if Amazing world will ever be able to make brand new stuff that is actually designed originally from Webkinz World! Since then, players like us had owned the Vexa Hat, the Amazing Airship, and Bloom’s Amazing Tree when we started to link both of our accounts together. So I’m thinking that: Would Amazing World be able to make at least some of the Webkinz items in its world for the future?

Fiona, could you address the problem with the expanding add at the top of the page? It is very annoying! I’m okay with adds — just not ones that expand and move stuff down the page when you are trying to select something — like the read more on this post.
That drives me crazy. I do not even look at the ads anyways.
I enjoyed the ads the first hundred times. Now they drive me crazy. I don’t know anyone who wants to watch the same things over and over again. It would be nice if there was a way to get rid of them when they get to be so VERY annoying.
Yes, Fiona please address this phenomenon of those expanding ads. I’ve tried both ways (plug-ins allowed and plug-ins not allowed) but saw no difference in the ads. Okay, I’ll accept them since I understand the need for support. However, when they are halfway down my screen and sometimes make it difficult to find the dog, it’s too much. HELP PLEASE!!

Guys, turn on your ad blocker! I did & I haven’t even seen the dreaded “expanding ad” that everyone is talking about.
Yeah, those ads just drive me crazy! They are showing on the top of the blog for WKN and internet is always going super slow. I X ‘em out, and when I post a comment or go to a different article it always shows up. I like your comment and I also agree with it. There is pretty much only 1 ad I enjoy a lot. The Cat Café in Japan ad. The rest are inappropriate or annoy me a whole bunch. Luckily Ganz will do something about it. There is an X button to it, it’s just that the next time you post a comment or go to a different article… IT’S VERY ANNOYING! Especially the Pet ads from the new movie. And the Moana ad is VERY annoying too. I don’t like that OR the Pet ad either. Luckily those ads will be fixed soon.
adblock plus is the answer to everything. (not really, it just gets rid of ads.)
I had a problem with the naming pet part. I adopted the wrong pet, which was one of my sisters pets. That was before you enter the code, see what pet you have then name it. But when I adopted my sisters cat on accident my account got deleted. But I could renter my pets that i had. Webkinz, thanks you changed the adopting process!

Fiona please help us!! I finally won the Jumbleberry Blast game, all 30 levels and did not get the promised trophy!! I have heard other players are having trouble receiving their jumbleberry blast trophies as well. There must be a programming issue at Webkinz!! I really cherish my trophies so please help me get my HARD earned trophy!!
I had the same problem. Won Jumbleberry Blast but no trophy. I haven’t heard of anyone getting the trophy. Does it really exist?
Hi Fiona! You know when Ganz retired Webkinz pets every week? Wouldn’t it be super cool if Ganz had a day when they would do virtuals of the retired pets and have them at least avalible for one day? I really love retried pet soo much! MyLittlePony2010EG13
My top 5 favorite retired pets are the Black Lab, Husky, Yellow Lab, and the Yellow Lab. I love retired pets!

My codes for several retired pets were in a backpack that was stolen from me a few years ago, along with my Kindle ( a gift from a friend), my daughter’s computer I was borrowing to even have access to the outside world, virtually every major document in my adult life, and a number of other important things, and it was all in there because in order to get anywhere (even to internet access) I had to hike for several miles. So absolutely, chances to get virtuals of those missing pets would be wonderful. Like the Nightmare, for one. BOTH of my Nightmare codes were in that stack in the bag, and — rather ironically (and tragically) — the theft occurred not long after the Nightmare retirement….where I didn’t pick up any of those in the eStore retirement sale because I couldn’t afford them, but it was okay because I had two…in the backpack…*sigh* Again, yes, please, give us additional (reasonable, affordable) to get some of these pets into our lives.
I’m so sorry, gemrysforest! Do you know who took it, or if they were arrested and caught for it? That seems so sad….. it would be nice if they brought back some of the retired pets.
Thanks, kittymade10. We did report it stolen, but nothing ever came of it. At least we were never notified of any progress with the case and the officer that day didn’t seem to think there would be any, and I guess he was right. But the entire mess was very disheartening, that’s for sure.
