Dear Fiona, The new KinzPost upgrade is really cool! I like how easier it is to use only one screen to send messages, gifts and postcards. But, my real question is: Can we add you as a friend in Webkinz World? I’ve seen the ability to add Daisy Doe, Mr. Moo and Sophie Stockwell as friends, but I think you would be a nice “host friend” as well. As Kinzville’s courier, you have been delivering our mail for a while, but wouldn’t you like to receive some from us too? Thanks–gameguy411
Delivering mail to myself… at least I wouldn’t have to go far! I’ll see if I can whisper into a few ears and see what can be done… I wouldn’t mind getting to read some of the mail I deliver for a change!
Dear Fiona, with more browsers dropping support for Shockwave, what is being done to update? Last time when they dropped Unity you dropped the hamsters’ world, are we looking at the end of Webkinz? TheMamaDragon
Thank you for your question, TheMamaDragon. Rest assured that Webkinz World isn’t going anywhere and there is a plan in place. For now, browsers are simply turning off the Flash plug-in, but you can still turn them on and run Webkinz World. Have fun playing!
Hi Fiona, It’s just I named a pet something I didn’t want. Can I change the name anyway at all? And um do you know if I can run for mayor of Webkinz? – jillton
What a great question, jillton! I hate to disappoint you, but only full-time residents of Kinzville can run for mayor. But if you have ideas for running Kinzville, you’re always welcome to share them… who knows, Mayor Quack may even take your suggestion! As for renaming pets… if you’ve picked an inappropriate name, you can send an email to webkinzsupport@ganz.com and ask them to change it. If you simply do not like the name, they are unlikely to change it. Please be very careful when you adopt your pets and make sure you really love the names you pick.

Dear Fiona, I really loved the feature in Webkinz where friends could visit each other’s houses. Will that ever come back? Also, I also really liked the fashion show room in the clubhouse where you could dress up and get judged with other players. Will that come back? Thanks.
Hi Fiona! I have a quick question, is there anyway we, the webkinz players, could get involved with the decision of the new webkinz pets or POTM? That would be so cool! We could have contests, like the one for the Halloween pet, or vote, like the Mayor of Kinzville. I hope you can answer or reply!
Dear Fiona, I noticed that my pets’ birthdays listed in their bios aren’t right. It looks like it shows the adoption day instead of birthday. Is this going to be corrected?

I’ve just been thinking–with the changes to the Mobile App and having it more like the website, do you think one day we’ll be able to use our Free Spin coupons on the mobile Wheel of WOW? Sometimes the prizes are really awesome, and I’d love to be able to use one of my coupons.
Another question how do you get drawings featured on the fan art show case?
It depends on how amazing the art is. And if it doesn’t get featured, that doesn’t mean your art is bad. It just means you need a little more practice. Hope this helps! :3

Dear Fiona, will the spa room in the clubhouse ever stay? Sometimes it comes and goes, but I have a seen it in a while. I remember it being so much fun!
Oh my gosh! Yes! I love that room! I also miss the Runway Room in the Clubhouse too! I miss all of the older rooms that were there. :P Do you remember the Girls Rule Room, the Party Room, the Mall, the Link D Room, the Garden Yard, okay I can’t exactly remember the name of this Clubhouse Room but I’m pretty sure it was an older watch and win room, It was green and I think it was based on a Diseny movie. Plus I was a lot younger then, and Trading Room. I know that the Trading Room is still there but it is pretty old. I’m an older player of Webkinz.

Use can use your pet buddies in the clubhouse…just click on the pet icon.
