Hi Fiona, could we please have Dr. Quack as a NPC that we can add to our friends list? And – will there be a bunch of new full member (not deluxe) quests soon? I’m almost out of quests. We could use some easy, medium and difficult/long ones. A while back we had % off food items – is that coming back? I miss it – it helped me get ingredients for recipes. Lots of great questions, Sugarcookie9! You will be able to add Dr. Quack to your friends list very soon — stay tuned to Webkinz Newz for more details about that and Dr. Quack’s campaign promise… you’ll have some new recipes soon! There aren’t any immediate plans to add quests to Adventure Park, but it is possible that new things will be added once Adventure Park is added to the mobile app. I’ll put in a good word about those ingredient sales — with any luck, you’ll be seeing them again in the future.

Thanks for writing, Kakenta! The Clubhouse rooms have been switching up a bit, but I’m sure the Reading Room will be back in time for the Leprechaun Chase in March. (Did you know that if you wait long enough, he’ll appear in the Clubhouse room you’re waiting in? Be sure to keep your sound on so you can hear when he arrives!)

Hi, foxpaws! You can find your badges by clicking on the Options button at the top of the screen (little gear with the question mark) and going to My Profile. If you edit your profile, you can cycle through the available badges that you’ve earned, and pick the one you want to display. Once the new achievements section is launched, it will be much easier to see all of your badges at once.

Hi Fiona, thank you for answering my question. I am so happy to hear that we are going to be having Dr. Quack back and he’s going to be doing awesome things for webkinz world! I am also happy to hear about new Adventure park quests, recipes and possibly some food sales. I was actually wondering about normal quests – the kind that appear in the left side – that we complete for prizes. I am nearly out of them and that is why I was wondering about full member quests – maybe some could be about Dr. Quack? :)
Hi Fiona, Do you think Webkinz could ever change the way the daily events work? My sister has a European account since my dad signed her up but we live with Mom in the US so she misses all the events. I was thinking maybe the events could be like the jobs where there’s a countdown for the next one to start. Maybe not an hour each though since that’s a lot of time to spend on the computer anyway. Fiona, I was wondering if webkinz could ever make it so you could sell or organize rooms on the map? Because I have 97 rooms that I would like easier to find the one I am looking for by organizing. They are a mess! ~Bubbashuka

I have a question and can’t find out how to ask anyone – I have 2 houses that I built this winter and they don’t show up in my room. There is a footprint of them because I can’t out anything else there but no houses that you can see. HELP somebody – what do I do?

Hi Fiona, When I play Bingoz it shows that use can use Bingoz coupons for an extra roll. Where so we got those?
For the past few days, I have not been able to participate in the Treasure Hunt or the Peek-A-Newz events/contests. Every time I’ve tried, I’ve been kicked out and the site is down for maintenance page with Nuts & Bolts shows up. I’ve been able to log back in, but was not allowed to post a comment or anything else before Chrome would crash. I hope to be able to participate today. I wanted to post this note before it happened again. I did clear my cache and my cookies. I also shut down and restarted my computer to make sure all updates were installed. Has anyone else been having a problem with these?
I was able to complete the Peek-A-Newz today, but as soon as I tried to do the Treasure Hunt, I was kicked out by Nuts & Bolts again. Please help!
Sally Webkinz please help. Any suggestions as to how I can complete the Treasure Hunt without being kicked out by Nuts & Bolts saying the site is currently down for maintenance? I haven’t been able to do the Treasure Hunt for several days now.
I use Chrome as my browser. Any advice at all will be appreciated, from any Webkinz/Ganz staff member. Please advise.
I’ve been trying to get some answers/help for 4 days now. I thought this feed was monitored. If so, why am I not getting any response? I still can not participate in the Treasure Hunt. Every time I attempt to participate I get kicked out with the Nuts & Bolts page stating the site is down for maintenance. I can page back and still read stories or comment. I’m just not being allowed to play the Treasure Hunt for my 50 KinzCash.

Yes. I’ve tried everything Sally Webkinz. Today, I once again cleared my cache, deleted my history including cookies, and completely shut down and restarted my system. After 10 days I was finally able to play the Treasure Hunt. I did not receive my 50 KC prize. I received this message instead, “Ooops! A Problem Occured.
Invalid prize”. Now what? (I’m using Chrome.)

I’m still having myriad difficulties in my Webkinz World accounts but not here. I hope things improve for us soon.
I’ve been kicked off Webkinz every time I’ve been on it, and the charm forest is the worst. Yes, on Chrome but it’s bad on FF, too. It’s not just you! And it is getting irritating :x I get kicked out of the park every time I try to get a candy from the cart among a lot of other regular tasks that worked fine up until recently.
