Hi Fiona! So for the past year or so I’ve noticed that if you go into your pet’s information page any time after adoption, their birthday appears as the date they were adopted, but you still get KinzPost on their birthday originally shown when you adopted them. Can you ask the developers why this is and if they can fix it? Thank you so much! -circusbear9

Hi, Lately in the past week, every time I go to the curio shop and open ‘go shopping’ 4 out of 5 it crashes (the screen went black) on me; I can not buy/see any items to buy; but everything else works. Does anybody have that problem?
Yes, I am having the same situation, among other issues. I emailed customer support & they sent back directions on how to clear my cache on various browsers. While I appreciate the information shared, doing it does not help or fix the issues.

My question is, will the “Buttons Bear” ever return to the estore? According, to Kinzapedia, it’s still “active”. What does that mean? Hey Fiona, is there ever going to be changes to the classes in the Kinzville Academy? For weeks, I’ve been trying to pass level 10 of the weight lifting class, but I keep failing. I can only manage to get about 5 reps each time I try. Level 9 was hard, but I’m almost sure I’ll NEVER pass level 10. :( Maybe the class could be made a little easier, or maybe you guys could bring back tutoring? I just hope I can someday pass it, or else none of my pets will ever graduate.

I have the same problem. I have managed to pass some of the classes, but I still have, like, thirty more to go before I actually finish. Congratulations for making it as far as you did!! That’s quite an accomplishment!
I’d also like to note that I have been working on the level 10 class for multiple years.
You guys are awesome for making it to level 10!
I’d love to see Tutoring come back but I’m not sure how helpful it would be if they bring it back as it was – If I recall, Tutoring was never available for Level 10, only up to Level 9.

Great questions! I definitely agree with the birthdays one. I’ve noticed that they just have the day you adopted them, and I’d really like it for them to change it back. Also, just a random thought here, wouldn’t it be cool if you could choose your pets’ birthdays? I don’t know if that would ever happen, but I think it’d be pretty cool. :)
I hope they won’t change the birthdays to the date you adopted them… I’d rather that was a separate thing.
I hope they fix the old birthdays, but keep the new birthdays, so they can have the proper birthday, and we can still get twins if we want.

I’m sorry, I don’t understand what you mean by that. Do you mean that you want them to fix their birthdays but keep the day on which they were adopted availible? Because you can always find that on their adoption certificate.
Yes. I’ve adopted several pets on specific days so they would have that very specific birthday since I discovered this ‘glitch’. I haven’t adopted twins yet to take advantage of this, but that’s because I’d (sadly) adopted all my twins (so far) before this was a Thing, and yep, of course none have the same birthdays, which really sucks. It really upsets me to know that if this is “fixed”, I have pets/characters that will lose their real birthdays I need them to have for my storyline purposes. I still had some to adopt, I’m just having to wait until the date comes by again (and some I’m waiting for the perfect pet to be that character.) I really really need this birthday thing to stay how it is now…where you can choose the birthday by adopting a pet on that day. (Although, true, if picking the birthday was an option….like the opportunity upon adoption to either type in a specific birthday or just check a box that says ‘no preference’ if you want the random one…that’d be awesome. But ha, yeah, I also know how unlikely it is something convenient and needed will be done.)
When I adopt my pets they just pick a random date for their birthday. Now it’s not like that. Well maybe not for me. Hope this helps.
But the newest pets you adopt have set birthdays on the adoption date.
The most convenient solution I can think of is two separate transitions. One will proceed with a random birthday, and the adoption will go as normal without any extra hassle; the other will allow you to choose your pet’s birthday and the next transition will be the final part of the adoption center where they give you the options of adopting another pet or playing in Webkinz World.

Hi Fiona! I was wondering if Webkinz could start making more dogs? Ones that are real breeds, not just the donuts, ice cream & soda pop ones? I have mostly this kind, but real breeds. Thanks for listening :)))

Good question. I hope they will make a great Dane, a pekingese, an Irish wolfhound, and an Alaskan malamute.
I’d rather see more dragons. And more googles. And more mice (please please more mice!!!). And more fladoodles.
In the last few years, we got the Maltese, West Highland Terrier, Morkie, Puggle, Bloodhound, Pitbull, Shiba Inu, and King Shnauzer.
Yeah, I would like to see more dragons took. The webkinz mice are adorable! Especially the candy corn one.
