Hi Fiona! So for the past year or so I’ve noticed that if you go into your pet’s information page any time after adoption, their birthday appears as the date they were adopted, but you still get KinzPost on their birthday originally shown when you adopted them. Can you ask the developers why this is and if they can fix it? Thank you so much! -circusbear9

Why does the water treadmill from the Wish Factory not give my pet any care points? It cost an awful lot of wish tokens, and no care points at all are given when my pet uses it.
I have the water treadmill, but I won it as a prize. It always gives my pets 5 care points and counts when pets ask to use a treadmill. Maybe you need to get help from costumer service. Hope this helps. Good luck.
Dear Fiona, I was wondering if the tournament arena games will ever be updated. For example, in the supermodelz game, it would be so cool if there were some different clothes to choose from. Will we ever get to buy bigger rooms? I have ambitious rooms designs but the biggest room available is still small.

Are we ever going to get medium and small outdoor, underwater, and treetop rooms as well? And rooms that aren’t squares, such as 5x10s. It would be great for hallways.
Yes! 10×10 squares is pretty limiting. I, too, have dreamed of MORE SPACE in Webkinz rooms. You can’t do justice to so many things with just 100 squares!
Why is it every time I play Jumbleberry fields and put berries into the jars, the next time I log in that amount of berries has been removed from my refrigerators? This has been happening for a long time now.

Dear Fiona, could you please ask your tech people why sometimes in the middle of a game, the message comes up “We’re sorry, we can’t log into Webkinz right now”? Are there too many people on the server, or is time limited to play games? Thanks!

I am so glad that they are fixing the issue with birthdays! For the past couple of months, we haven;t even get the kinzposted biography with the correct birthday on it. I am so glad that I will be able to learn when my pets’ birthdays are again!!!!!
I’m not. Since I discovered this, I have adopted several very-birthdate specific pets, based on characters of my own. I’ve been very pleased to be able to adopt those pets on their ‘real’ birthdays, and have that show. If it goes back to randomly-assigned birthdays, that’s all ruined.
Oh it would be a nightmare to have a holiday themed Webkinz as a late gift.
