Howdy, Esther! Of course you mean…Kinzville, right? That’s MY hometown. But if you’re talking about where Webkinz Headquarters is (I call it Webkinz HQ for short, because I’m a busy pigeon), well then, the answer is that there are TWO: one is in Toronto, Canada, and one is in Cheektowaga, New York! Most of your Webkinz Staff community friends like Mike, Michael, Steve, Gennelle and Matt work in Toronto HQ (that’s why they complain so much about the cold! Tsk, tsk, those Canadians). But you’ve probably noticed that our mailing address is in Cheektowaga. That’s where I am a lot, picking up the KinzPost you’ve mailed us!
Will you ever be able to buy extra spins on Webkinz [Wheel of WOW] with eStore points?

rock33, I’VE been wondering about this too! I flew over and asked our Creative Department and they said: “Never say never.” Whoa! There’s hope! But like your friend PeacePuppy2323 said in the Fan Mail with Fiona comment section, you can buy extra Wheel of WOW spins on the Webkinz Mobile App right now, if you like.
Hey Fiona, I have a question. I wanted to know if items that were in previous Click and Wins will ever be available as prizes again or if it was a one and done

You’re sweet, raygun105! When the GanzWorld team decides on prizes, they often choose unreleased items OR older items that haven’t been available for a while. This is meant to be helpful for our newer users who weren’t around when those items were first available. To answer your question, the chances of those prizes becoming available elsewhere AFTER the Click & Win event is over are low-to-zero. So when you see a floating prize on GanzWorld, be sure to snag it before it’s gone!
